I have called the customer service number more than 10 times over the last two weeks (Feb & March 2022). Never an answer and message machine is "full" so I can not leave a message.

Once a great place but after all the staff changed, the experience diminished. I spent thousands over the years here and when the staff changed, I was treated like a new customer. I had filed a complaint and they did show interest in resolving it but of course their vague response was met later with disappointment.

Wonderful service by Christina and Bonita! They go above and beyond to fix any issue and make sure everything is taken care! They go the extra mile and same does the team to make sure your rental experience is perfect! I will be rent more often from exotic car collection!

Hands down best rental experience I've ever had the opportunity receiving. I rented from Luke in exotics, they called to verify and gave us the option to even text them if we had any issues. The Lambo Huracan that we took out was one of the cleanest cars I've ever rented from Enterprise, you can see the lot of normal rentals full of hand prints and dirt caked on cars. The cleaning team really put care into their work. Definitely renting here again, only thing I would recommend is making contact prior to your reservation which was something I didn't do in the past and showed up for a reservation unaware of the qualifications process with insurance and deposits.

First time renting with Exotic Car Collection, was good. The Caddy was clean and spotless like it should be. That was back in Oct. Now this month in November! I reserved a Muscle car. The lady was nice and everything, but the car was awful for being in exotic row. It was dirty!

I had a bad experience with renting a car from another car rental which I won't mention their name . They said we canceled and we didn't get no email about any cancellations . So they try to tell us they can give us another car for double the price of what they quoted us before . This was our first trip to Phoenix and everyone was way too expensive and I was getting very frustrated and was ready to give up til this beautiful angel named Herman Schilling from Enterprise that took care of us gave us a great deal on his last truck . I want to thank Herman of enterprise for making our trip to Phoenix wonderful.

Taking a shuttle from PHX to the rental location is inconvenient, but the Enterprise staff is fantastic! I used the kiosk to check in, but friendly staff was available to assist if needed. I was greeted by Noah at the pick-up location and was even given an upgrade because one of the options I chose was not available in the on-site car in my class. Excellent service, as always, from Enterprise at the PHX location!

Enterprise coming for the win once AGAIN! That's how you do it, Enterprise! I really dread the day that I have a bad experience here because they are so insanely consistent that it's just... scary! But anyway, the service was exceptional from the moment that I walked into the rent-a-center. The line was short and the gentleman who helped me at the front desk was cordial and efficient. When it came time to pick out a vehicle, Hunter assisted me and was absolutely wonderful! He didn't pressure me to add-on any extras and he helped me select my little Nissan Sentra aka the gas saver as my rental car of choice. Since I drove for many hours during my visit, it was important for me to not be stuck with a gas guzzler. The Nissan Sentra fit the bill. I did my walk through with Hunter and everything looked fine on the vehicle. He gave me some great suggestions of places to visit while I was in the area. I always love getting recommendations from locals. The car was comfortable and I had no issues with it during my trip. When it came time to return the car (at the crack of dawn aka 5:30 am), there was an associate right there to help me check everything in. Everything as went smoothly as I always expect to. Honestly at this point, I will neva eva evaaah stray away from my dear ol' Enterprise. They're just so consistent that it's not even funny! Thanks for another wonderful experience!

Late September 2019 Best rental car experience ever. No line; walked up to the counter to be helped by a woman who knows her job (why is this so rare?). She was alert enough to warn us about poor weather conditions on our journey and recommended a better car at a slightly higher rate. Upsell? Yes, but a great idea in this case. At the car area, we were immediately greeted by friendly reps, one of whom led us to the car immediately and spent time explaining the features of the car, along with various insurance options (at my request - I always get their insurance). The upshot? We were on our way quickly, in a car I loved so much I may buy one! PS the car selection here is on point, from a Porsche Panamera (yes!) to BMWs, Chargers, Mustangs, and Minis.
