The customer service at the 5st and Bell was excellent. The nicest bunch of ppl. I had accident and they were so fast to get me a vehicle and when I wasn’t happy with it they had no problem letting me find the right way that was compare to my car since I wanted something similar to drive. They were so nice and patient. Always great attitude each time I spoke with them or call for assistance

We have rented cars from Enterprise for over 20 years. We have never had an issue of any type. Customer service has been both friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed by the knowledge of the staff <Melanie?> at this location when renting the vehicle. She was very attentive to my needs and alloyed my fears of traveling to the high country in snow. When returning the vehicle, Justin, asked if there were any issues. I explained a few to him and he waived the extra day fee after I returned it at 3pm

We had a fantastic check in experience with Jalen. He was friendly, personable and very helpful. We felt so at ease and appreciative with the car he provided for us and the information he gave us. Overall an excellent experience!

Even with a reservation the car was not ready for my pickup. Waited in line as there were other guests ahead of me, no problem. My turn at the counter, I'm told it's not ready. It would have been ok, but the lack of empathy bothered me. They didn't care that I had to wait. After a while of waiting she, I learn is the manager, not interested in helping me. Just says I have to wait. Earlier she told me they had a choice of vehicles. Later she sent some guy to show me a vehicle. I asked what the other choice was. He walked away talking low as if I bothered him and shaking his head no. When at the counter I asked for any discounts such as AAA, AARP, Military since I'm Retired Army. Just a sarcastic "that's hertz." Never got a yes or no answer. When I finally got my vehicle he tells me it has a quarter tank of gas. I reply asking "you're giving me a rental vehicle with a quarter tank of gas?" He says "do you want me to fill it?" "Yes" was my reply. I had confidence in Enterprise because I've rented at that location before. Now? I'm gonna look elsewhere for my next car rental. My daughter and her guy were here visiting from California. My daily driver is a 2 door coupe, no room. That is why I needed the rental. Enterprise, I am disappointed.Rental Agreement 2F02VP, 10/28 - 11/04 2023

No only was I given two vehicles that were not maintained , but the second one left me stranded at a gas station for 4 hours waiting on a tow truck I was given 1 day at no charge for a 7 hour delay , then to return the car and be told the reason why the deposit money wasn’t placed back into my account in a timely manner was due to them being to busy to do it. Wow Phx north Bell Rd enterprise was way below even standard level service!!!! I was impressed though with Tucson branch they were very accommodating and professional

This location did not deserve any stars! I don't expect much on a rental car, but at least a clean and safe vehicle upon pickup. They must think the customer don't check the interior of the vehicle. It was disgusting with trash not picked up and the steering wheel all sticky. They provided a Clorox wipe, but it didn't work. It was still sticky. I have rented from Enterprise previously and had no major issues, but not this time around. During the long drive, we noticed the car hood didn't shut completely. Luckily, the car hood didn't open, which would cause major damage and injuries. That was extremely dangerous on the road. The tires low pressure light came on as well. We had to stop by Discount Tires to check the tires. There was absolutely no quality control of the rental vehicle. I highly recommend checking the vehicle, especially the oil, car hood, and tires before signing the rental contract and driving off the lot.

Chris Zimmerman was phenomenal. I was in an unfortunate situation and he made the process easy, he was always responsive when I emailed him with my questions. I appreciate his great customer service. Enterprise has a valuable member on their team !

Alayna was so thoughtful, intelligent and kind when we rented a truck to move our belongings to Santa Monica. The whole staff was excellent and it was an experience that I hope everyone can have when they rent a vehicle.
