I come here because it’s closer to me, I like that it’s big & there’s enough machines; But my main issue is just that it’s dirty. The weights & dumbbells are just everywhere, people can’t seem to put them where they belong. The cardio machines look like they’re on their last straw.

Can’t remember the name of the manager but tired to trick me into hiring a coach, I was doing my daily cardio when I got interrupted by him, supposedly because there was an “issue” with my a account (clearly a lie) but at the moment I really thought something was wrong, then he showed me the the machine they use to get the stats of the body, he asked me my name (if you went directly to me for an issue in my account it’s because you already know my name) that’s when I got it that was a lie the very first thing. He sat me down on the desk and started explaining to me the printed sheet with the stats I told him they showed me this when I first signed but he just ignored me and tired to force de information, I told him I already was with a trainer/nutritionist out of the gym, he laughed at me because I do online appointments with my trainer/nutritionist, I’ve seen some great improvement with my trainer and he just despised him. I told him repeatedly that I wasn’t interested and he kept making the questions of when I would like to se a trainer there, how many days, how many hours when finally I told him I wasn’t interested, I thanked him for his concern in his clients but still I don’t think it was the right approach to sell a business with lies and traps and tired to force people into hiring a service. I have been going to this gym for a year and I met had this kind of experience before and I would no like this to happen to any other person.

I'm starting to question what exactly my membership fee is covering when atleast 3 threadmills are not working nore have signs that they are out of order. Tried telling the people at front desk all the do is nod and say uh huh and brush off concerns.

Every time I come to this gym it’s very dirty. There’s no paper towels, also the weights are on the ground everywhere, people here just don’t care if they do return their dumbbells and will put them where they don’t belong or the dumbbells are always missing. I’ve told the front desk but they don’t really seem to care. I understand most people here have no pride on themselves or where they do their workouts but I think the employees should be walking around making the place better not just standing around.

This gym is very clean and organized. Every time I am here I see an employee, I believe his name is Isaac always picking up weights and cleaning up. I appreciate that because not everyone puts their weights away.

I have to say that this location has deteriorated so much, the bathrooms are disgusting, during the busiest time which it's the afternoon, no one cleans, no one picks up or refills anything! Then you go tell the front desk which it's just a bunch of kids who pretend to listen and they disregard afterwards, they sit there flirting with each other.

Been a long time member. Was very excited for the upgrade of the yard like every member I’m sure. But the lack of attention to areas in the gym have made the experience discouraging. You pay for membership yet your here cleaning after others. Everyday there is a mess. You must walk around and look for dumbbells that match. Weights are spread out throughout the gym trash are in corners. Don’t even get me started on the out door, it is extremely embarrassing how do they even show new members this area it’s filthy. No pride is taken in this area this area is completely alone it is dusty trash debris ants, weights that have bent due to the heat. And yes, I have brought my concerns to the front desk but since there’s only young adults what can they do. They just nod and look lost.

It was my first time going. It was very overcrowded. I liked the movie room, definitely something different. However, every other treadmill or stairmaster was not working. This place definitely needs a men's and women's sauna. Perhaps make it a quiet zone so people can actually relax in the sauna. It's so small and super uncomfortable to walk in as a female with a bunch of guys in there.

Lots of homelessness walking around in the parking lot looking into paying members cars, but security leaves them alone, they also leave alone the street racer's who partake in the parking lot,Security monitors paying customers to see if they r sitting in their cars too long, more than homeless people looking into paying members cars. But security is really good at monitoring paying EOS Club members to ensure they don't sit in the parking lot too long. (24 hour gym)9 out of 10 times paying members enter via front doors, the employees behind the counter will b on their phone. Customer service is subpar, bathrooms extremely nasty. Can't find parking half of the time, and the sauna is out of order 75% of the time..Enjoy

This Eos is super racist and discriminatory towards black people . I use to live on this side of town been coming here for years. Moved a year ago , but started coming back due to my work being close by past two weeks . Today I come in and the lady in the front claims my account been" flagged " . I asked her why she didn't have an answer at first , then claimed my photo didn't look like me . So she asked me for identification I said I don't have it on me . It's my car , because I have my gym attire with me . Then she she asked for a picture on my phone of my identification, her co worker saw it and then said going forward I need to present an identification every single time . I said I am not presenting identification every time I come he can at least take my recent picture and we can proceed from there . The fact that she suspected it wasn't me in my picture is exactly what happens every time I come to this particular eos . This is the third time I've faced discrimination here at this location . It's the only one I have ever had this issue at . The staff here need extensive discriminating training . They're clearly not educated and use poor judgement.

This is the most poorly maintained EOS I've ever been to. Nothing is racked properly, there are no 2.5 LB plates at all, it's dirty, and the plates don't match.

Posting a little late because I was waiting to hear about what the cameras captured, but apparently it was not that serious. A female being made feel uncomfortable by a group that was clearly not working out, not serious enough maybe? I enjoyed working out here because there is a pool, which Planet Fitness does not have. On June 13 at 8:30pm I had an incident happen in the pool area where I was swimming laps. I left the gym crying, and have not returned since because I was waiting to hear back from someone. There was a group of men hanging out like it was a party to the corner of the pool area making comments. My understanding was that the pool was for workouts. I assumed they were finishing up and would be leaving soon, but that was not the case. They stayed there the entire time I was working out. There was one point that it seemed like one of them exposed themselves and I was just in complete disbelief. I made note of the time, and noticed the camera in the corner because by now I felt uncomfortable and in disbelief. I let the front desk know, and was told I would be contacted because the manager that has access was not present. I was never contacted. I called again two days ago and requested to be contacted again, and nothing. I also haven’t worked out there since that day. Still got charged this month, and will again next month. I am continuing to pay for a place that I thought would at least acknowledge an incident of possible sexual harassment on their premises. It sucks because again, I really enjoyed working out here.

A lot of equipment is broken or damaged. Came back expecting something different and many of the same pieces of equipment are still under or in poor condition.

Really great gym for the most part, really nice people work there. The staff here are absolutely wonderful, got really nice equipment (i must say i wish they would've added some 150 pound dumbbells to the "new" area but oh well. (Also new is in quotes cuz its been out a good couple months now.) this gym has 18 squat racks, 4 flat barbell benches, 2 incline, 1 decline and a seated OHP. Theres also 2 turf area's, two free bench area's, got an outside area that has 2 of those squat racks, as well as two deadlift platforms with bumper plates (which the majority of the squat rack with deadlift platforms except for four of em, seem custom made for eos as they got the logo on there and everything looking all shiny, with there being a deadlift platform connected.) lotta nice bumper plates there too, one problem i do have is, finding a pair of 2.5 pound plates is like finding a pot o'gold. The gym absolutely could/really need a good bit more of those, and some 1.25's would be nice too.. but i ain't complaining for that one. Loop bands as well would be nice to have, you can get some really weak ones from the front.. but thats bout it. Some strongman equipment like an atlas stone would also be cool to have as the gym already has two turf area's and an outside area so it'd make sense to have. (Which for those turf's they also have a sled to use as well.) for machines theres a pretty good amount, more than enough cable machines, its got 7 of the v shaped ones with two stacks, and 2 (depending how ya count em.) of those just straight ones with the lat pulldowns, two empty cable stacks, and the cable row with a cable low to high fly set up at the end to the right. Got 3 calf variants, got I believe 4 back extensions, 4 preacher curl stands (2 preacher machines, one stack and one plate loaded) nice set up of hammerstrength plate loaded machines. Also got a good bit of kettlebells (in my opinion they're a lil too light though maxxing out round 80 or 90. Light weight!) Also back onto dumbbells. They go up by 2.5 increments UNTIL ya hit 30, then its all 5's which slightly sucks cuz i know theres 32.5's and 37.5's out there in the world. Theres cardio machines galore with there being A WHOLE MOVIE THEATER, with cardio machines playing new films and old alike, so hey, that's awesome! Theres also two punching bags, for the boxer bro's to have fun with. There is also a pool and sauna to the right of the front desk. You get in there via your genders locker room, so far my only complaints as someone whose been going for almost 2 years now, is the gym is often very busy, i did mention there were a lotta benches but.. theres also sadly a lotta people. Lotta nice people. But a lotta sometimes slow people which it is what it is, but just gonna let you know. Night time is surprisingly horrifying. I've gone twice so far around 10, on a Monday and Friday. Very busy. So I'd recommend if possible coming in the morning or early afternoon is best.
