Ordered custom signs for my business and was given artwork I signed off on. After installation, the font was completely different from the artwork! I paid thousands of dollars extra to have it customized but the letters were not custom but pre-made probably from Amazon. The owner wouldn't take responsibility for the difference and yelled at me to pay the rest of the money. Such a j**** I don't like confrontation so I just paid and wrote my complaints here. I could probably sue. One of the other signs completely fell apart. Now I have to replace it. Quality sucks. Customer service sucks. Don't recommend them at all.

I have been using Epic for 6 years for all the signage I have needed and can only sing their praises. There have been multiple times I have called them for a last minute signage project and they have made it happen. I always receive my quotes and proofs quickly and have never had an issue with the quality of work. Randy...Jody....Team....YOU GUYS ARE TRULY THE BEST!! I absolutely recommend working with Epic. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

The people that work at this company are like non other! They picked up the entire contents of a purse that was scattered in front of their store and returned all they found to the front door of owner whom lost the purse!! I will refer everyone to do business with them every time!!!
