I had heard this place had a cult following. Now I understand why. Their cheese croissant was one of the best I’ve ever had. The mini espresso flavored macaron was perfectly made. The salad I got was solid but was definitely outshined by the pastries, like as the quiche my friend ordered. The best quiche I’ve ever tasted. The wait was long (not a very fast team) but that’s the French way with food, is it not? The girl at the POS was attentive and kindly answered my questions about the menu.I plan to return. The food was well worth the wait!

I needed something to eat so I decided to come here. It’s usually closed when I drive by so this was a great time to stop in. I was going to get a the Parisian Crusty Baguette sandwich but while I was waiting to be helped I changed my mind and got the coconut cream pie and an iced mocha latte. The pie was phenomenal and the coffee was good. A bit too bitter for me. I’m on my 4th paper straw while drinking this small iced latte and am currently trying to pick the paper out of my lingual retainer. Honestly, for me, the paper straws are the reason I probably won’t be back. The staff were great.

One of the worst brunch experiences I’ve ever had. Tried to order fruit for my daughter who is allergic to eggs and was told after the fact that they were out. Not a huge deal but they didn’t have anything else she could eat. Then our food to 45 minutes to come out which is a long time given it’s not a huge place. The final straw was that I bought a croissant but they never delivered it when we ordered and I watched them sell the last one to someone else while I waited for my food. When they realized they messed up they brought me cash but I paid card? Weird and they didn’t bring the full amount and tried to stiff me on the tax I paid. The staff gave me attitude and were not helpful at all. I will never give this place another cent of my money again.

This is a top place for me in terms of food - everything is delicious but you shouldn’t eat here if you have any time constraints. I don’t know why but ordering and paying always takes forever. You’d think people were designing a custom home at the counter. I don’t know if their system is old or overly complicated but for some reason young people take 15 mins to push buttons and usually require a teammate to help them. Then it takes at least 25-30 minutes for your food to come out, no matter what you order. Again, not sure if they have one person cooking or everything is made from scratch but I’ve ordered everything from a ham sandwich to a quiche and it’s a minimum 25 minute wait for the food. Now, again, the food is amazing. The coffee is amazing. But I really wish they would figure out the food delivery and service.

Very good baked products. However, they're very slow, disorganized, and non-efficient. We got their special of the day (biscuits and gravy), and it was very bland and expensive. Otherwise, very comfortable nice vibe. I would recommend only going there for their baked goods.

THE BEST BAKERY IN PHOENIX!!! I love their breakfast but their pastries and macaroons and some of the best I have had. Get a vanilla croissant, you'll thank me later!

Had the quiche, vanilla glacé, and some mini macarons. All were wonderful and I can’t wait to go back. Service was prompt and staff were nice. Hung out and read for a while after I ate too, was a really nice space.

This is a stop we make whenever we are on this side of the valley. This time after my wife's out patient surgery at Banner's in Phoenix. Picked up a few items for take-out today... The caramel, hazelnut and chocolate macarons are AWESOME. They always are... Also picked up chocolate croissants and hot chocolate - these are soo good that they are saved for later. My wife got the egg salad and bacon sandwich for lunch which she really liked though I got a taste and thought it wasn't anything special... I honestly didn't expect the sandwich to be special really - so in case, it wasn't worth the price IMO. Will still be coming back for the pastries as they definitely are worth it.

Out of everything, at 11:20am they said no serving of breakfast items (egg sandwich)? Ordered a large Latte, was cold. Ordered toasted sourdough bread it came pre buttered and jam was awful! All the staff was just standing around, and then a 2pm they locked the doors? I feel sorry for for owner, this place is taking a nose dive

The croissants here are next level. Honestly, they deserve 5/5 stars. The same can't be said for the coffee which took the staff over 20 minutes to make (mind you it wasn't busy and I only ordered 1 to go). Let's get back to the good stuff. The croissants are perfectly flaky and delicious with a wide selection of flavors to choose from. I can't wait to go back and try the raspberry chocolate next time I'm in Phoenix!

We have been here a handful of times. In our recent visit we decided we are going to look for a new spot as the last time we were here the service was below par. I'm sorry but the employees here do not provide a friendly and welcoming service. I got a chocolate macaroon this time around and I honestly feel that the price for the quality was not on par. I've had better macaroons at a more reasonable price that actually taste fresh. I do not recommend this place, that's my personal experience and opinion.

Yes, the pastries are very good here. If you're getting it to go, I'd say do it. But customer service here could improve greatly. There were two of us in the restaurant one early morning, but not a smile or a friendly hello. It would be a great thing to ask us if we wanted more coffee since we were sitting in to eat. But I had to go to the counter, and even then it was like they were doing me a favor. Writing the review because I really hope they can step up the customer service. So much more potential!

This bakery leaves a lot to be desired. The service is slow and the employees seem uninterested in actually helping anyone. We ordered the pancakes that were raw in the middle when they finally delivered them to our table and when we had the temerity to complain, we were told that we didn’t understand French baking and that’s how they were supposed to be. And we weren’t even asking for our money back! This location is not easy to get to so they should be more concerned with convincing the customers they do get in the door to come back. Needless to say we will not be returning.
