It took nearly a month for a phlebotomist to call me to schedule my home appointment. I called four times over two weeks and never got an answer. When they did call, I had to explain multiple times that my lab order had to be done Monday-Tuesday prior to 4pm. We had to schedule over 2 weeks out. The day of I wasn’t even sure if she was coming. She showed up on time and did my blood draw roughly. But then I found out she didn’t follow the directions dropping off my blood in a timely manner so my blood was invalid for testing due to its temperature. Wish I had just gone with the other company I was offered a month ago.

Congratulations ? ? for your excellent service, the lady who treated me with human quality and respect. Even though I don't speak fluent English, she made it easy to communicate and we understood each other. With patience with me, very professional. The extremely clean place. All the employees greet you and ask you if you need attention. They make you feel at home. Thank you for your kindness, it is very important for patients ?

The man who did my exam (sits at the front desk) was very polite and nice.Did my blood work super soft and fast.Was very patient with me not having to use the restroom right away lol and let me wait without feeling rushed.5 stars all around

Was supposed to be a home visit but they scheduled it for at their office where they are still enforcing the draconian ineffective mask rules. Wait in a waiting room wearing a mask. I will pass for sure.

I had an appt scheduled at my house today with examone for 2PM and I have not yet heard for anyone. I've been fasting for about 17hrs and am pretty hungry. It's pretty inconsiderate to no show an appt that was scheduled, let alone when it involves fasting. I would hope that someone would reach out to me

Had a positive experience here. Making an appointment (and having to update it later) was easy and efficient. This is a business that actually answers their phone which is appreciated. When we arrived the checkin process was also efficient and the staff working here very friendly. I was told it would be a 15 minute appointment, which wasn't exactly accurate but we were done in about 30 which wasn't too bad. Shout out to Barbara (I think that was her name) who conducted the testing and was friendly, transparent, and efficient.

They made this process easy by coming to my home when I needed a life insurance exam. They followed up with me reminding me of my appointment by text. The appointment only took about 20 minutes and lady I worked with was friendly.

We went in to get blood drawn for our life insurance... Front desk was awesome and friendly... The lady that did our blood drawn and urine sample was so rude and not friendly at all... And because this was for my life insurance I stayed otherwise my husband and I would of walked away.
