The people that work here are really great. When I initially called to get a storage unit, the woman who answered was very knowledgeable, very polite, and just so helpful, which you don’t always get when calling a business. I needed a second unit and the gentleman who answered the phone was also so helpful. He was there when I actually went to the units to put stuff in them and he remembered me ordering a second unit and he knew exactly where my units were and showed me where they were, told me where the best place to park was for the easiest access. All around pretty good experience.

From the time I've moved in its been nothing but problems. Staff following me people leaving things by my locker. Crazy people trying to create fights. This storage is the hood and the person In charge isn't trying to stop it. Theirs problems that's been here before me and now I'm being subjected. I can't wait to move out because I feel like a criminal just trying to store my things. Racism is still alive at least in Phoenix.
