I stored my stuff here over the summer because I’m a college student. When I came back, all of my belongings had rat feces and urine on them. I had to throw out hundreds of dollars worth of stuff and spent hours cleaning the belongings that were salvageable. Staff was not helpful with this as they said they weren’t liable since we didn’t buy the insurance. You shouldn’t have to buy insurance to ensure that the storage unit isn’t infested with rodents. Moral of the story?Don’t store your belongings here unless you don’t care about them getting ruined by rat poop- absolutely disgusting and will never use this location or company ever again.

Rats got into our stuff and ruined lots of it. There were also multiple homeless people living in the storage units. One of them threw up all over the walkway. Please don’t store stuff here unless you want your stuff to be decimated by rats

To be honest this place is criminal because most people who use these facilities are at end of their rope most oftentimes utilizing these services after losing an apartment due to rising cost of living and housing costs at unaffordable rates. So this place is your last stop before losing everything and this place here is a guaranteed loss after your first 6 mo lease is up when the cost of rent will almost triple.. There are only a handful of storage companies to rent from besides this one which have bought out all the small mom and pop's storage places who we're always out keep your business and not your stuff and since there's two maybe three major companies to choose from. It's not considered a monopoly..

Rented here after hours.. kind of an emergency. Units are clean and nice. I had a problem with the door to one of my units and Carl came right out and fixed the door.. super friendly super fast. He gave top notch customer service!!!

This is an exceptional storage unit facility. It is very well kept , has good prices and the manager Lou is awesome! He makes sure the place is very tidy and clean and doesn't allow any hanging out or anything else to go on besides what you need to do at a storage unit. He is definitely on top of things there so you can feel safe knowing he is watching the property. He is always helpful and available whenever you may need something. He went above and beyond to help us out and made sure all of our storage unit needs were met. In this day and age customer service to the level Lou provided is very rare!

I paid for my storage so I could get my things out . Had my receipt and they locked me out of the gate . I called them no answer for almost a whole day couldn't get nobody to open the gate then I called him in office and actually got somebody and they told me I have to pay another month I said no my contract States when I pay how much and I have a receipt it wasn't until I threatened to call the police that they were holding my stuff hostage did they let me in the gate what place is corrupt they make you pay stuff that you didn't owe I do not recommend this place to anyone
