Speak to Rae if you need help for anything at this Extra Space location.
Rae was patient, friendly, efficient, informative AND stayed a half hour late to make sure I was able to complete my lease and not lose my unit. I didn't ask a single question she couldn’t answer, which I find is a rarity these days….really every quality I listed is a rarity as far as the customer service experience. My appreciation for her help is priceless.

The ability to reserve online and have your unit waiting for you is great.
The app for the gate is wonderful as well. No more remembering the number, pulling up so close so you can key in the pad. Or have to get out and walk over.

These people typical everyday storage office workers. Have nothing on this staff they are great and super friendly. They make the storage thing easy to do. And I get to talk to them every month they call me to remind me to pay my bill. Awesome staff thank you.
