I recently had to relocate after being at the bell location for about three years due to the unfortunate rent increase, which made it too expensive to stay. This also meant downsizing to a much smaller unit, which wasn’t ideal. However, I have to say that the transition was made so much easier thanks to the amazing help from the manager, Kyle. He went above and beyond to assist me every step of the way and truly made the experience worth it.
The facility itself is very well maintained, quiet, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. If I could give a ten-star review just for Kyle’s outstanding customer service, I absolutely would. He is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about his customers, which makes all the difference. Thanks for everything Kyle!

Absolutely great service from Kyle! He was very friendly and courteous and helped my wife and my family get the perfect sized unit for all of our stuff, THANK YOU KYLE! 😁. THE facility and unit is very clean, SECURE and LOVE THE CLIMATE CONTROL!

I've been looking for a storage place's and so many of them are so dirty. This place was spotless and the gentleman that helped named Kyle was an absolute delight to work with. I feel great about this place and its security.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Extra Space Storage, and particularly with this location on Greenway road. Facility is clean and convenient, using the App to manage my rental and gain access to the facility has been a great experience. And working with the manager, Kyle - has been fantastic! Always helpful and accomodating, as well as responsive - answers your call and calls back very quickly if he misses you the first time. Great to see this level of customer service in a day and age where that is not always the norm!

Apparently they can call you up and say that you have to move out. I’ve been a customer for 7 years and have paid on time. Never once had any issues and they had new management that said I couldn’t be a customer there anymore. Be warned.

We are impressed with this indoor storage facility. The fact that it features all-indoor units and maintains a cool temperature, especially during the sweltering summer heat, is a significant advantage. Furthermore, the facility's cleanliness and maintenance are impeccable, with the units, hallways, bathroom, and common areas all being meticulously kept and well-lit. They have several rolling carts that you can move your items easily in and out which is nice
However, what truly elevates this facility to stand out and making it the best is James' exceptional management, coupled with his outstanding customer service and communication skills. He genuinely cares for his customers, listens attentively, and goes the extra mile to ensure their needs are met, all while maintaining a warm and approachable demeanor. His friendly nature makes it effortless to address any concerns. We are so appreciative of his dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction. Extra Storage Spaces is fortunate to have an exceptional employee like James.
