Doris is the best. She made my storage experience better than I could ask for. After close to a decade at ExtraSpace and working with Doris I said goodbye to my boat and to her. It was an emotional day as I have had that boat for 19 years. I’m gonna miss you…Doris.

From the day we committed to this storage unit to the day we signed out this Extra Spece Storage Facility was amazing thanks to Doris. We did not start physically using the storage shed for a couple weeks. This facility so kindly called us a week after we signed our contract to question why our storage shed was not locked with a lock? Showed us they definitely look out for the safety of their clients possessions and their building as well. Our move out was sudden but at the end of a month renewal, so far refund was provided. Had we waited 2 more days, we would have not been so lucky. A truly amazing experience and will definitely want to use them should the time arise.
