I had a great experience in the six months that I was at extra space storage. The store manager at the Indian school location Khelben Reich was extremely friendly and willing to work with me diligently through coordinating payment plans and helping me through the steps of my eventual departure. He is a great people person and I enjoyed talking to him, on top of the great environment!

The manager that helped us move in was great, but 3 months later they raised the rent by $100 and sent the letter to the completely wrong address so we never got the rent increase notice. They claimed the increase was due to high demand, but the price is not worth it with the homeless hanging out around the corner and sometimes even in the parking spots outside the office after they close / on the weekends.

Extra Space Storage is a great place to store your things. The staff is awesome and was welling to help with anything I needed. It’s so organized and clean. Big shout out to Calvin such a great help thank you guys for everything!

Places is clean and well managed. The pricing increased by 100% over 18 months. Made it unaffordable.
