My experience with Storage King USA, was simple they made everything easy to process online. I've been looking for storage units for a while now and the majority of them had hidden fees. Storage King USA was upfront with the costs, and nothing changed when it was time to check out. Thanks for helping with my storage needs, I now have peace of mind.

My experience with the employee was awful. She works in 19 and Glendale, her name is Sue. I rent my unit at 12 pm. Everything was ready and pack in the haul truck and she want me to wait until 5 to do my moving. Her lack of customer service, rude, very rude both days I interact with her made my experience a nightmare. The employee in Peoria and 19Ave Kristen was amazing! Thank you.

One of the young men that worked here was so helpful by driving the U-Haul through the broken gate for me and not creating any damage. He was amazing. Thank you so much. The gate is being repaired tomorrow. ?

Extremely upset. I have left voicemails and called 4 times before they close, the phone rings and then goes to the menu option which has me think they hear the phone and choose not to answer and I have left numerous emails which I’m sure no one has looked but have yet to get a response to an update about my unit which Storage king has allowed another company to use their lock on my unit but for some reason even though I am all up to date on my payments and even though it says that the other companies lock is unlocked on the storage kings end. I still don’t have access to my unit, I went there about a week ago and someone named Michael tried to help but he was unsuccessful because it shows the other company lock is unlocked and he said he would get back in about 2 days on the matter but he never did. I’m just not sure why I’m having to pay money when I don’t even have access to my own belongings, i which I could get a refund for all the money I spent while not even being allowed to have access to my personal items. This situation has shown me that they are not representing responsiveness as a business should and I can’t really take their word. EDIT: I have emailed them 2x since getting a reply on this review and have STILL have yet to hear back. AND THEY ARE STILL MAKING UNAUTHORIZED LATE PAYMENT USING MY BANKING INFO. It’s time to take legal matters against this shady business.

Rodents, roaches, and reptiles oh my. Look, it's the desert. There's an understanding that critters wander in. I don't know what the acceptable threshold is, but this place is far passed that.
I know there are signs posted about entry hours but it's not enforced. People are living in units. I have an indoor unit and the hallway next to mine has people living everywhere. The smell of urine and cigarettes drifts into my unit. If they're smoking any kind of drugs(fentanyl) it becomes a biohazard. After my trip yesterday I realized I have to throw all my things away.

booked me into wrong location. I was not able to enter the facility because of their mistake. I was promised a call back from supervisor Amanda--never heard back. Charges not reversed yet.
