Brittnie is such a great manager for taking care of me today. You were on time and accommodating with all my questions about the promotions and deals going on today. The storage has multiple cameras for your own safety and make sure no one breaks into your storage. They have added safety measures in their storage facility. Great job for doing this.

*Renter beware*
In less than a year, they have added $100 to the rate. I understand small increases, but over $100 seems unfair. I use this as a work storage which I have to get approvals to spend and now I am having to look at new rental facilities as this is now out of my budget. As a renter you feel taken advantage of. Real you in with a good rate. And then constantly increase it and get you to move on. Yuck.
They ask for a 5 star review when you sign up so it seems like it’s a great place, but after a year I feel the need to downgrade my rating based off of the customer experience.

I was in a pinch, out of town, needing a 3 month summer location to store my car Phoenix. The LS team handled me fully online, including payment and required documentation. Person dropping my car only had to lock it and go. Thanks LS. I definitely will be a return customer.

A few weeks ago I received the dreaded postcard in the mail informing me of a pending price increase.
When this first started happening I'd do what most cost-conscious consumers do and cancel my contract and start up a new one at the lower price advertised on the internet. After doing this twice, I'd had enough and called up Extra Space Storage and spoke with the manager there. I don't remember his name but we worked it out where I could have a smaller price increase for a longer time. My contract was still month-to-month but it was a verbal agreement that I wouldn't be going anywhere anytime soon.
When I received the most recent postcard, I called and spoke with a new manager, Brittney (I'm not sure how she spells her name). When I initially explained my agreement with the prior manager, she said she could bring it down slightly, but not as much as I was hoping for. Dejected, I started planning out the move from my storage unit to a different one in the same building.
But to my delight and surprise Brittney went above and beyond her managerial duties and figured out a way to keep my rate until the next price change (usually every 6-9 months). She called me a couple hours later with the good news and I was pleasantly surprised with the good news. I'm staying with Extra Space Storage on Van Buren.
In addition to the awesome customer service, however, I love this location because it is ALWAYS CLEAN. There is rarely a time when there aren't any carts to use. It's easy access right off the major highways, and it's a great place for me to store my stuff that doesn't fit in a suitcase when I'm traveling 100% of the time. Although the price increases come to everyone, they'll work with you to find an agreeable rate for everyone involved. And the cleanliness and cart availability makes this the best storage space I've ever worked with.

Excellent service and facilities. Convenient location. Indoor pull through access makes it super easy to load and unload. Carts are always available and the elevator is quick and spacious. Safe, secure and climate controlled. Get your storage unit here. I did!
