Nice clean place but unfortunately after a one year prepay the rates doubled. I could not find an email or letter about the rate changes but luckily I checked their web portal to see when my next payment was due and noticed the change. The employee at the location was nice and was able to offer a small discount but was still expensive, online support couldn't care less. Too bad, the workers and location are great but unfortunately the way the business operates is not with the bait and switch tactics.

I recently had the pleasure of using Extra Space Storage, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a level of customer service that truly exceeded my expectations.
The facility itself is pristine and well-maintained, with modern security features that gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were in good hands. However, what really stood out was the exceptional staff. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to assist.

Be very careful when securing a unit through their "web specials"! Why? Because they will double the rate after two months...classic bait and switch! In the contract fine print it does state they can raise rate at any time, but by 100% within two months is unacceptable. We're going to move out quickly.

Since moving to Phoenix a little over 2 years ago, we looked for a self-storage place to keep things we would normally keep in the garage at our previous home out of state, that we opted for Extra Space Storage for convenience near by and for their affordable rates. The facilities are clean and temperature controlled. In addition, the front desk staff have always been very helpful and courteous to us. They are prompt in finding the right solution for us. A special shout out to Katrina for all of her efforts with the regional office on our behalf. Kudos to Extra Space Storage!
