Great experience! Website to get a unit was effective and easy to use. No problems and Flash Sale rate was excellent! Almost immediately on finishing, I received a text from the site manager, William, welcoming me to the facility. Unit number, gate code and link to information site with location map and site map were included. William was friendly and more than helpful when I met him at the site. I am really happy with the decision to go with Extra Space Storage and would recommend them to everyone!

Well my move- in was a bit rough but William was awesome on getting everything fixed for me to move-in. Facility is always clean and I've never had a problem except for there is never any carts to move your stuff in. I ended up just leaving a dollie and cart in my unit for when I would bring in more items. I'm just getting home and checked my mail to find out that after just 2 almost 3 months of renting my unit I'm getting a rental rate increase of almost $60!! I'll be removing my items this weekend. I understand rate increases maybe 6 months in but not even 3 months! Also no sort of notice to my email just a mailed notice.

A few phone calls and a few minutes of research brought me to Extra Space storage. A few minutes on the phone setting up my account for a few dollars a month. This storage facility was located close to my home and quick and easy setup with a kind lady over a brief and painless phone call. By far the least expensive over a dozen storage facilities I looked at and yet with all the same amenities in a newer building. I would rate my experience 5 star and would absolutely recommend this place. As a matter of fact it was recommended to me!.

This is a great facility the only reason not a 5 is I cannot take my service animal on the property while I'm at my unit. Other than that nice clean and the people are respectful

I've utilized storage units many times over the course of my life, but the staff at the Glendale location of Extra Space Storage, especially William and Esmeralda, were exceptional - friendly and helpful and making a newcomer to Arizona from the Northeast feel comfortable and at home.

Karran was an amazing help. She saw that me and my husband hadn't a clue on what to do when we lost our key. She went out of her way to make sure we got it replaced and were able to get some very sentimental family heirlooms out intime for a family get together that very afternoon, avoiding a catastrophe. She's an excellent example of what perfect customer service is.
