It took me some time to decide whether or not to write this review, but I feel it’s important for others to know how I was treated while trying to get something as simple as a pair of single-vision glasses.
I had never used this service before I normally go elsewhere and I have never experienced so many issues for just one pair of glasses. My glasses had to be changed three separate times, and each attempt only prolonged the process. To this day, I still do not have proper glasses.
Here are the main issues I encountered:
Billing Concerns – During my initial exam, I was charged a copay fee even though my insurance does not require one.
Hard Sales Tactics – I was pressured into progressive lenses, despite only needing single vision. The progressives caused dizziness and headaches, so I returned them within four days.
Repeated Errors – Even after explaining my situation, I was again given progressives “just for reading.” They still didn’t work, and I once again requested single vision.
Refund Denied – I asked to be refunded for the progressives I had already paid for and simply be given the single-vision lenses my insurance covers. Instead, the manager refused, and I am still missing $36.
Unprofessional Service – When I came to pick up my supposed “ready” glasses, I waited 30 minutes while staff searched for them, only to be told they weren’t there. The manager shouted across the room, “Oh yeah, I had to order the lenses.” This is not acceptable customer service.
Because of all this, I have wasted valuable time and money. The exam is essentially void, because I will need to pay for another exam somewhere else to ensure my prescription is correct.
In summary: this location is unprofessional, the customer service is poor, the leadership is lacking, and the sales tactics put profit before patients. I will never return to this branch again. For a simple pair of single-vision glasses, this entire experience has been a total waste of time and money.

I had a wonderful experience picking out two pairs of glasses. They have a large selection and such good deals with the buy one get one free.
Kristin helped me make all my final decisions. I must say she is exceptional at her job. She's very knowledgeable, intelligent, professional, friendly, and patient. Thank you!

Spent almost $400 on two pairs was told by the optometrist that they were gonna be Thinner than my current pair because I got Polycarbonate Lenses and they were actually thicker than my current pair. Also, both glasses were scratched and one was shipped. Extremely low quality Lenses I got them really fast, which was a good thing, but I think in rushing them to me they cut corners and the scratch bothers me because it’s in my peripherals Definitely don’t recommend if you’re a person that pays attention to detail

Big shout out to Eyeglass World, Kristin, Emilee, Nathan and Natasha! The staff was friendly from the second we walked in, the eye exam was explained beautifully and the best part is that in top of buying new glasses my old glasses were repaired, so I can still see while I wait for my new glasses! Overall a wonderful experience!

I went in today for an eye appointment and new glasses. I had not had my eyes checked in about 5years. From the time I walked in the door I felt very welcomed. Everyone was nice. My eye check up with Leah Collison and the gentleman that did tests on me were very nice. I didn't feel rushed and felt my exams were through.
And the young lady Karla that helped with getting my glasses ordered was wonderful. So nice and polite. She made me feel good about my choices in frames. What a good experience.

Went in for an eye exam. I was counted tent with the price co sideline it's my eyes I'm taking care of. The selection of frames is good, and variety of prices is awesome. The staff are absolutely amazing. So kind and knowledgeable, very helpful and honest. Glad I came here because I had a great experience.

I recently purchased 2 pair of glasses from the advertised price. My initial visit was friendly. I explained to the young lady my dilemma and why I needed a pair of glasses for reading and the other for distance. Long story short she didn’t take time to research my Insurance plan, I basically walked out with glasses I couldn’t use for multiple reasons. I returned to the store a few weeks later and was greeted by “Eric” I explained what previously occurred and gave him the same Insurance information, Eric took time and researched every benefit and feature that was available to me, he was kind, professional and patient. As a result I will now have one pair of Progressive glasses with include scratch guard, a slight tint and glare resistant, although I had to spend more money, I will have a pair of functional glasses. Thanks Eric for the extra time and research you did. I will most definitely recommend and will also continue doing business at this location. THANK YOU, ERIC.
