I want to say that the GM Candice was super helpful and nice to me as well as Broden one of the workers there, they made me feel super comfortable after a situation with my glasses. I wasn’t sure if I was comfortable coming back in there but they assured me I was good and they were there to help! Thank you for your kindness and taking the time to listen and understand my issue, working with me on it, and not just brushing me off like it didn’t matter or my feelings. So, thank you to you both! I will continue to shop there and recommend this specific location to others!

Brohden, was great! I called because I lost my glasses at a resort and he was so helpful. Also, Eyeglass world is way more affordable than LensCrafters. My glasses were also done same day, which is a plus!

Showed up fifteen minutes before the store was supposed to be open, and went to sit and wait. Thomas, the regional manager, I believe came out and asked if he could help me, I said sure. Long story short, I had a few questions about a pair of glasses I had purchased, Thomas seemed genuinely concerned and listened to what I had to say. Right away he and his colleagues were on it! This place and the folks who greet you like family are amazing!!! Not enough stars for this place! Thank you again Thomas for your time and help. I will gladly refer anyone in need to your awesome establishment. ✌🏼

I generally hold back negative reviews of any kind. But this was the most frustrating experience that I have ever had. I moved so I called to request a copy of my prescription because as of right now I'm not established with any practice and my glasses are broken. My hopes was that I could just get the script so that I could fill it through an online store. The first call I made the initial guy I spoke to told me that I could go to any location that accepts faxes and they could send it to me there. I drove around to find a place to get the script faxed over and spoke with a woman named Shyla who said she would send it to me within 10 minutes. I told her that it was probably expired but that's the script that I am currently using and it's something that I need because it's the only pair that I have that are broken. She said okay. 20 minutes went by and I didn't hear anything back nor did I receive a fax. I called back and she said that there were other patients and she couldn't just stop what she was doing. I told her that I could appreciate that she has other people to tend to but that I was at a location that I had to pay for the fax and I would really need her to send it like she said she was going to. She agreed and then hung up. I waited another 10 minutes and nothing came through so then I called back and got the same guy who told me that I needed to go find a place with a fax in the first place. He starts giving me the runaround just like Shyla saying that other patients come first. I finally give up and he says he will get to it as soon as he can. Then he calls me back almost immediately and says he can't send the script because it's expired and he'll lose his business license if he does. I'm genuinely a very patient person and I finally caved and said for what it's worth it's clear I'm not going to get any assistance from you guys. He said right and I don't want to waste any more of your time. I would consider doing business elsewhere if you are looking for an eyeglass place. Very poorly ran as evidenced by the conflicting information that was given and lack of follow-through.

Originally got my glasses from here on 06/05/2021. My prescription I was given in my left eye was way off and way too strong. I had a follow up appointment and she let me know this was the cause of my eye strain and pain in my left eye. I tried to see what they could do to remedy the factor but nothing could be done because it's been so long. How was I supposed to know my prescription was wrong. Smh don't even bother buying glasses here. She rushed and wanted me in so fast that it wasn't done right.

So impressed with this vision store, the GM Candis is top notch. She was so helpful in ensuring they were able to fill my daughter's complex prescription (they have their lab in-house) and were able to fill her prism prescription. She also had other great suggestions/referrals for BVD eye doctors. Another eye center was going to charge me $745 for a kids paid of glasses! Great job! Will be back.

I never leave reviews but if you're looking for an eye doctor, I would avoid this place. To start-They booked my appointment before the doctor was supposed to be in, They tried to reschedule me when I was already there because only one employee has the email password to access my insurance approval. I picked up my contacts and soon realized they were somehow not working even though I used trials for 2 weeks. I felt constant pressure in my left eye and blurriness. after multiple panic attacks from not being able to see with my contacts in I scheduled a follow up. in the follow up I felt like I was being belittled by the doctor for my concerns and she told me "this is the same prescription you've had for a year there shouldn't be a problem" she ended up adjusting the prescription and when I came to pick up my new contacts a kind younger woman worker figured out that they PUT MY ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION IN COMPLETELY WRONG AND SWITCHED THE EYES! They never apologized, they did order the correct ones for me but I feel like this is so unprofessional and made my whole experience with them terrible.

Went here to get contacts, appointment time not honored, staff was friendly, exam was thorough. Place was kinda dirty with greasy finger smudges all over and dusty, stains on chairs and carpet,bathroom exhaust fan was not working and packed solid with dust and dirt, horrible odors. Got what I went there for ultimately.

First time at this eyewear store no insurance I still feel if I had. The pricing for exam is $69.00 Bill Rainy was my Optometrist and he didn't try to sell me costly reading glasses he was honest and suggested readers instead from a store. My vision isn't as bad so it works for me. I was grateful he gave me a less expensive way to reading glasses. Brian was the person who helped me ideally he is the Lab Tech so I felt extra special his customer service was excellent. Brian was courteous and took the time to help me thru my purchase I definitely recommend this store and if you get Brian it's a plus.
