I just had a fantastic experience at Eyeglass World, and I can’t thank Tana and Shyla enough!
From the moment I walked in, Shyla greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome right away. She was super friendly and guided me through the check-in process smoothly.
Then it was time for the pre-exam with Tana, and she was amazing! Tana took care of all the initial tests before I saw the doctor, and she made the whole process so easy. She explained each step, including the eye puff test, with a reassuring tone that helped me feel at ease. Tana was thorough and attentive, making sure I understood everything along the way.
Together, Tana and Shyla created a welcoming and professional atmosphere that made my visit not only efficient but also enjoyable. I left feeling confident about my eye care and grateful for the exceptional service.
If you’re looking for a great experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff, I highly recommend visiting Eyeglass World on Bell!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store, and as a result, I will not be returning or recommending it. My interaction with Shyla, who is apparently a manager, was unprofessional and reflected poorly on the company.
I visited the store to schedule an exam and purchase glasses, but from the moment I arrived, I was met with an unacceptable attitude from Shyla. She made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her, rolling her eyes and scoffing at my questions. When I asked what the issue was, her response was to suggest that I leave if I wasn’t happy—so I did.
Afterward, I reviewed customer feedback online and noticed numerous mixed reviews mentioning Shyla by name. It appears there may be an effort to solicit positive reviews to overshadow negative ones, which I find concerning. Such practices, if true, are misleading to potential customers.
I strongly advise against visiting this location based on my experience. Customer service should be a priority, and in this case, it was far from acceptable.
