    F45 is a lifestyle!!! Once you join, you won’t want to quit!!! It’s addicting as it is strictly 45 minutes of hard work and then you can conquer the day! It’s a small group setting AND if you forgot what to do at a station all you gotta do is look at the screen! Trust me, joining F45 Ahwatukee was the BEST decision... read full comment

    I love it here! It’s always very clean, the coaches are great, and the team atmosphere is so fun and welcoming!! It’s also gotten me back into working out consistently again - which was a goal for me for a good bit of time.
