they price gouge the medication i get. what I get was about $70 cheaper on Amazon pharmacy.

- [ ] Fairmont “ the neighborhood pharmacy “ is not what it used to be . Be aware the pharmacist does not support patients that require opiates or a.d.d medication . Just know that the pharmacist , and I quote “ has fired several patients “ . Simply on the basis that she personally disapproves of this this treatment . I was incorrect when I assumed that pharmacists were there to aid in the treatment prescribed by physicians , unfortunately my assumptions were incorrect . So, avoid unethical establishments that do not support your health condition if you are prescribed any controlled substances , Fairmont does not support this .

Nothing beats a local pharmacy. The chains need to go out of business or their leadership needs to care for pharmacists, staff, and clients....not their share holders exclusively

A good pharmacy that has gotten progressively worse over the past couple of years. I submitted refills through the app, over the phone and in person, and they were never actually sent to my doctor. There seems to be a revolving door of employees, the new batch less competent than those before. Actively looking for a different pharmacy.

Fairmont is amazing. Caring and helpful staff, above and beyond service, fantastic follow up and support for tough to get medications.We have a medically complex child, and Fairmont makes the medication part easy (after other pharmacies - large chains and small compounding ones - were a huge hassle).Will never go anywhere else!!!

Fantastic. If you haven't given up on the big chain pharmacies yet, you should. Meds were sent in, and filled. As should be. No wait. Nice people. No twenty questions. Will be using this pharmacy from now on.

I have been a patient at Fairmont pharmacy for 10 plus years . since the owner retired , the service is horrible . The reason I went in the first place was because of the small friendly mom and pop pharmacy . Now though, Every time I go in to get a medication refilled ( mind you I called several days prior) it's either on order, out of stock , backordered or partial order available only . Actually , you would think that my medications would be on hand and ready without me having to call each month . Depending on ho you speak to when you call , you may get a different answer . Every time I visit to pick up my prescriptions, there is a different Pharmacist . Seriously considering finding a different pharmacy all together , shouldn't be this stressful . Also there is one specific pharmacy tech that is extremely rude , not what I would expect as a customer for 10 plus years . Shame on you Fairmont .

I have been a customer at Fairmont for years. They are kind, and try very hard not to keep you waiting. I get a good feeling just driving past the store. Yesterday, I called them to ask a favor. Not only did they go out of their way to save the day for me, the person on the phone recognized my voice. Medical stuff can be so hard on so many levels. For me, going to Fairmont is the easy part. They are helpful, cheerful and familiar. Two years ago, I was in a bad accident, and walking with a cane and neck-brace. The folks at Fairmont seemed more concerned than my own family. They were happy to see me recover, too. Five stars is not enough. I am literally a healthier person because of the culture at Fairmont Pharmacy. IT's worth it to establish a relationship with them.

Sometimes they ask me if my survival depends on carrying my purchase in a bag. I just say no but ask for one anyway. Today they didn't give me one, and, wouldn't you know it, along my way home I died from lack of a bag. Who could have known that would happen! I never even got a chance to write this review. /sOtherwise they're a great pharmacy.

Not happy with this pharmacy. I called to see if a medication is in stock, as it is out of stock at other pharmacies, and was told they have plenty in stock. Then I was out back on hold and told that I can't get any since I am not a current patient of the pharmacy. I asked if my doc can send in a script and they told me that i would be refused. How sad is it that you can't get the medication that you need and the cold actions from the female pharmacist. I will be reporting to the pharmacy board since I was discriminated against.

Waste of your time. My husband is in palliative care (and needed to get his pain meds filled). After listing them to the staff the pharmacist she tells me no we don’t carry those! So I’m thinking why didn’t your staff tell me that??? Why did you need to get on the phone to further kick a really sick person who has such little hope of living.
