Horrible staff. They do the bare minimum. I used to an assistant manager for this company so I’m pretty aware of procedures and policies. In short form they are lazy… store opens at 8am and doors are clocked. 2 new ballon tanks and nobody changes them. I can see you have a new tank

Never buy food there please! And if you do check the expiration dates!!!! There was ham that was half pink and half gray I wanted to throw up. If you go there they got clothes and stuff just don't go anywhere near the food section.

Hi there! This is my very first review! I've never really felt the need to before now, and unfortunately, this comes from the perspective of an ex employee rather than a customer. While I cannot speak ill of the company itself, and I loved the discounts while working there, The managers were very disrespectful, and frankly engaged in middle school bully behavior for "fun". And when others would be uncomfortable, they liked to make comments about "getting out of the kitchen if its too hot", or "its all fun and games, don't cry!" (While I was crying at their "teasing"). And while I'd love to say I was an employee, I was only paid 41 dollars for four weeks of work, only quitting after my Manager, Vanessa, failed to provide me with any information after weeks of requesting. To my knowledge, I was not the only one unpaid, I still worry the other woman was not paid during their mass hiring. Please, proceed with caution if trying to work here. After contacting the Labor Board, I was told there are only "three days on record" I was reported to have worked there at all, despite being on their system far longer. To this day, I'm only met with questions, and no answers, and referred back to a nonexistent HR Dept.

Bought a small bottle of milk from here and when I got home to use it the date was 6/3/23. By the looks of their freezer I should’ve known not to buy it. Freezer barely have anything in them. Please do better with checking on the cold items or you guys could get someone sick!

Other than the druggies and homeless outside, the inside of this store has done a drastic change with the new management! It’s clean and well kept now. Customer service has been pleasant the last few times as well. It’s nice to see this type of change here!

Only if I could post the video so the world can see I was assaulted and kicked out the store because I brought to the managers attention prices have been labeled wrong for over 4 Mos. The prices has never changed but they ring up $2.00 or $3.00 more.

They sure don't I got hired as assistant manager got a call to b there at 5pm one day showed up the woman that interviewed me asked what I was doing there and I told her she said hold on she had to make a call so her and another girl went into her office and laughed so I left and didn't go back I DONT want to work for a company like that

I tried to exchange a package of muffins I bought that were stale when I bought them. I bit into one and all it left behind was teeth marks because I could hardly eat it. The older woman with glasses accused me of lying to her about them being stale even though I was truthful and said I bought them about a month ago. Returning $3 muffins was not a priority, so I came by when I could. I even wanted to exchange them, not make a return. Sure, protect a faceless multi-million dollar company that under pays you rather than taking care of your fellow human. I've been shopping there since last October and it is ALWAYS a mess. It's not possible they are selling stale products in a store in that state of disarray? I also worked in customer service and go out of my way to help people that are kind, so it was even more insulting. She's even checked me out multiple times prior and would comment every time how she loved me reusing plastic bags. Never coming back and I agree with the other reviewer on how the cashiers openly discussed personal matters others would not want to hear. The muffins were left behind on the counter so she might actually have to do some work. No, I didn't want to speak to a manager over the matter and waste more energy. Being accused of lying was disgusting.

This place used to be decent and I would shop here 2x a wk.Now it's a different story. The last several times I've been, the place is always train wreck. Now I'm sure some of this is due to being short staffed, but there is no good excuse for the mess. Random boxes of inventory are always clogging the isles and no products are stocked. For days. I've seen a bucket of dirty mop water in an isle, came back 2 days later and it was still there.Different employees every visit.The ridiculous amount of stealing doesn't help either.People keep quitting their jobs because they are expected to do 3x the work for the same low pay.Retail places are saving a lot in labor cost by being short staffed and none of them are smart enough to pass this on to the employees that pick up the slack. So sooner than later, they'll lose them too.Why don't these businesses have someone at the doors checking receipts instead of forcing decent people to pay higher prices to cover all the theft?

For months now, the manager and staff of this location have been using the ice cream freezer by the register as their own personal fridge. The fact that no one acknowledges how disgusting this is is beyond me. The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. A majority of the cashiers are always on their phone. I’ve heard more about their personal lives than I need to know. Lastly, management should be reevaluated because I have watched this man, look at a line of people and choose texting and waiting on a second person to help the main cashier rather than to help them and his customers.
