If I could rate negative stars I would. The male management, the one with glasses, was atrocious. He smelled like dog piss and was terribly rude not only to me but to the rest of the staff. The thing on his ear was so unsettling, like seriously just pop it already. ? Never again, don't recommend this store at all.

This is the worst store I've ever been inside ever in my whole entire life! No joke, half the stores products are in crates not beeing stocked in the middle of the floor. Gross people that shop here and even worse employees ? I was only here to fulfill a instacart order. But never again will I go here even to make money. Not the headache and drama filled place. Why isn't this place closed down! The manager was screaming about how she got in a fist ? fight with a customer that tried to steel stuff from the night before. So gross ?!!!!

Went to pick up some beverages advertised on sale,they overcharged me and when I asked for a refund they said no because it's a food product. Smh. The cashier even neglected to give me my change until I asked for it. Never going back to this place.

So many times I have gone and they say they are closed 30 minutes before closing .. tonight it was 15 minutes before . Only wanted to grab a box of cereal SMH.... WE NEED ORE FAMILY DOLLAR STORES ON THR NORTH SIDE..

Great customer service from all employees. I neglected to verify my security tag was removed from one item. My fault as we rushing the cashier some.

Always closed before closing time and not just 10-15mins early a whole 45 mins!!! At this point close the whole store down!!!

Always closed during operating hours. Tonight they're open until 10, yet the doors are locked and it's closed @945? Once I came on a Sunday around noon and it was closed. To be honest, this is the 3rd time. It's ridiculous!

Poorly scheduled time shows 8:00 in the morning Monday through Friday 8: 00am to 10:00 pm it's 8:41pm and closed maybe change your paper so people won't waste time driving here

This store is jam packed with value items, especially if you're price competitive. Beware though, that not all items are a bargain. It's real easy to forget that and you overspend easily. Small parking lot and not well lit, so heads up. A lot of solicitors lurk in dark spaces. Not the greatest neighborhood either, so do it moving.
