“This company is amazing!!! Richard the phlebotomist was so genuine, kind, and patient. I am a hard prick and he did a great job of making me feel comfortable. Richard needs a promotion!!! Not many people like him these days in our society! Class act! Dealing with a chronic illness and being sick and having to deal with getting blood drawn is so scary and exhausting and he made it more enjoyable. Again, this company is great, so is their staff!!!! “I usually don't review medical facilities or pharmacies. This whole place is awesome. The physicians have all been wonderful, and the pharmacy has been amazing. Other places have made me feel like a criminal when I get a medicine, or need it early. Min ( I believe her name is ) and her pharmacy staff are wonderful. While the hours can be a challenge, I was running extremely late tonight,and needed my diabetes medication. They not only answered after 5, but made arrangements for me to get what I needed, and have me pay on Monday after they open back up. A++++5 plus stars ? ? ?”

The girl who helped me yesterday and who also drew my blood was the sweetest and nicest person I have encountered in years. I wish I had her name. She also collected my stools specimens this morning. I just want to say thank you for your smile and for treating me well and with kindness. I have recommended this place because of you. “A couple of days ago I left a poor review regarding my dogs lack of response to the allergy shots. I also wrote to the company’s Vet who quickly responded to my email with many suggestions. She cc’d my Vet on the email as well. I will follow her advice and hopefully get some relief.”

“Took my wife to the ED at Mayo Phoenix. Staff etc nice. The issue is Security at Mayo Phoenix. Very unprofessional. They defiantly need trained on de-escalation techniques. They should actually be wearing body cameras in my opinion. They also refuse FOIA requests Mayo is a private hospital but they receive government funding so they are subject to FOIA requests for Video coverage reports written etc. They seriously need to be trained on interacting with people. and de-escalation techniques.ex Leo what I observed was a circus.”

“I almost went through a different location based on the reviews but this was more convenient. The service here was great! The young woman at the front desk was so patient and friendly. I also found out I had some unpaid invoices and the woman that notified me was so pleasant and warm. The guy in the back was a bit stern but was still professional. Glad I decided to go - was in and out very quickly.”

“CCL draws my mom's labs at home and provides the results to the ordering Physician. This is extreme helpful as it's difficult for my mom to get to a lab. The phlebotomist Kelsie calls her the night before, coordinates a time, let's her know if she needs to be fasting or any pertinent instructions. Kelsie is super professional, timely, and caring!”

“It's a nice looking lab. Very difficult to access from the streets. Parking is in the rear. The parking area is very small. If coming from main street, be careful of a black car that's always parked in 1st spot. It's very narrow and could cause an accident. Need to go thru the alley. Being careful as the other businesses have traffic also. Staff seems to be very pleasant and experienced. RaShaun is a very nice and professional tech w a great smile”
