Where should I start. Warning to others. Please do not work with farmers especially this firm. Please don’t be fooled by their rating, none of their good reviews have come within the last year - that should tell you something. They are going out of business and are taking advantage of their customers (quick google search to see farmers is downsizing and cancelling coverage types trying to stay above water).It’s no wonder you hear about terrible customer experience and farmers ranking the lowest. Myself and my wife spent countless hours on the phones with then for almost a year because their system was unable to stay current on billing and keep our insured status active. Each time they said the problem was on their end and that they fixed it. And then we would undoubtedly get another notice and repeat the process. We would get apologies and assurances each time that it wouldn’t happen again and then it would.We eventually cancelled them and made sure that we didn’t have any outstanding bills, to which once again they assured us that we were good to go and sorry they lost our business. We opted to go to a similar costing coverage with a different company and have not had a single issue. As it shouldn’t be if you’re running a competent firm.We have had zero contact with them, zero notices, zero phone calls or emails yet somehow I wake up to a debt collector telling me we owe $500. WARNING: they have not proven to us that we owe the money. And can’t because the last correspondence with them is a recorded call saying we are all settled more than 5 months ago.Unless you don’t mind constantly being on the phone with them disputing lapsing coverage, getting zero communication with them and then receiving a debt collection notice with zero provided proof or warning of anything outstanding I would avoid working with them.

Talked to Robert Ramos on the phone, sorry tried to talk to Robert Ramos on the phone, not once did he cared to hear what I had to say. He kept talking over me. I told him how rude he was being as his customer he should listen to my concerns and his reply was "this he is not customer service, his an agent" well Robert Ramos you are the most horrible car insurance agent out there! Utterly Unprofessional, extremely rude. You simply Cannot due your job!

I have been requesting my insurance cards since December. It is March. I feel like I am spinning my wheels. I have been calling every few days over the last 2 weeks. This does not include calls in December, and February. Keep being said we sent it we ordered it. Let's find the tracking number oh we don't have that let me request again. Do you want to drive across town to get them. No I do not.

This agency went above and beyond to get me a good rate, i actually got 2 policies for the price of what i was paying before just for auto insurance, they found outstanding coverages for me . customer service was great , Priscilla helped me out through the whole process and explained me every detail . PLUS they're right around the corner where i live! Totally recommended. Good prices ,good coverages ,good customer service.

Exceeded expectations! Relocation required insurance(s) written for new home in new state. Robert is the agent to hire for the job! He explained what we needed, contacted our former insurance agent to learn what coverages we had and matched them as best possible (and saved us a few dollars in the process!). My wife and I are looking forward to a long-term relationship w/ Robert and his agency. Robert, thank you!!
