Shop has called on two separate occasions. They've ordered engines, made us prep and drop off only to be given the run around. This time the boss was in Vegas at auction, huge of waste time.

BEWARE: READ REVIEW ENTIRELYI had to take Nedal Fayad to court since he damaged my car while it was in his possession on the lot, and he dragged his feet into having it repaired. I ended up footing the bill and sued him for the cost, to which he came up with an untrue statement saying I owed him $400.00 for a diagnostic test that was never agreed to or mentioned. To this day, I am still waiting to receive the money awarded by the judge on 8/11/2022 to be paid by Fayad Auto Tech. Shortly after our court hearing, Fayad Auto Tech was "permanently closed" and the demand letters I sent to the shop were coming back to me. I reported Fayad Auto Tech to the BBB, and the AZ Attorney Generals office and there has still been no resolution.

Absolutely the most horrible shop to take your car too. The owner does not even answer the phone to get more business. Owner buys the absolute cheapest parts and charges for brand new parts. You will in fact, be ripped off brutally if you use this company. Nedal Fayad is the owner, does not answer the phone amd if he does he will still be extremely rude to you. Don't waste your time or money. If you have a major repair your car will sit for weeks before they even choose to look at it, regaurdless of if you call to ask what's taking so long. He only cares about his own cars, and wants anyone public to wait for months for a one week repair. DO NOT GO HERE!

Fixed the issue with no problems after leaving. Work was much harder than expected but they held firm to original quote. Friendly staff and communicative about options and parts.
