The dark haired guy wearing a mask (its 2024) working in there was so unbelievably rude to me and it was obvious he wanted to make me feel frustrated and look dumb. He accomplished neither. He was kind to all the people he helped before me and intentionally spoke rudely to me when I tried to ask a question after he brushed me off to figure out the label issue on my own. Other customers even gave him a look of shame. I had to leave my package, wait for their email and re park my vehicle because of the time limit. The woman who helped me when I returned was very nice and he attempted to intercede saying rude and snipey comments instead of waiting on me. I dismissed him and thanked her for her service.
I will never use Fed X because of him. I wish I could attach the pictures I took of him being a jerk.
