I had a package sent with one day shipping. It arrived the next day while we were gone. No big deal, we'd just make sure to be home the next day. Nope! Package didn't arrive the next few days. No one rang the door bell or knocked on the door. We didn't leave the house at any point and we have two dogs that will absolutely let us know if someone is at the door.
I called customer service and the representative I talked to was delightful (the only reason this isn't a one star review). She told me that they failed to deliver to the address because the address was 'incorrect'. Which is remarkably stupid because they tried to deliver it to our address correctly the first day... The customer service representative said she got it so that they would try again the following day instead of mailing it back to the shipper.
Skip to the next day and I'm waiting at home all day. I don't even shower because I'm afraid I'll miss the delivery. No package still. I call customer service AGAIN and get a different representative. This one was informative but pretty useless. They told me that the package was not reshipped to me but instead was still shipped back to its origin. They said there's nothing they could do about it and apologized (which I appreciated).
The main points of contention are these:
1) the delivery only happened for one day, the first day. They left a 'door tag' and everything. For the second and third delivery attempts the delivery person messed it up and wasn't able to locate our address. Yet they STILL didn't try to take accountability for their mistakes. There were no door tags for the second and third delivery attempts.
2) the first representative said she got the package rerouted so that they would attempt to make a final delivery. This didn't happen. I don't think she was lying to me but the system clearly didn't comply with her request and we got screwed.
3) there was no way to reverse the decision to resend the package to our address when FedEx was the one that screwed up.

This is inside Walgreens at the photo counter. If the sign is out that says "photo pickup only", they mean it. Try again later.Fast and friendly service when available.

Dropped off several packages over the last few months, staff is very accommodating and pleasant☺...Would rather use the FedEx there than the p.o. on 7th st!!!?

Great service they even came to car too and got the item I needed packed and shipped 2 times i thought I made a mistake on taking a return to wrong post office and had to come back cause I was supposed to go to FedEx and they helped me load it and then unload it I didn't get no help at the USPS
