I came to drop off package with the scan code and was told they couldn’t help me that I would have to go to an actual fedex location when I have dropped off packages before at same location with the scan code and had no problems. Employee just didn’t want to do the work!

No help on the phone. Never made contract on phone. Service is good but the administraton needs to increase workers. Too many calls mean not enough workers to handle calls. Big personal matrix
