When you give them your package they just take a phone number on a piece of paper and tell you they’ll send you the text message receipt. Twice now, this has not happened. I did not receive any confirmation or tracking number for my shipment. When I called to verify if they have a tracking number for me, they said they did not and to call fedex. If my package does not get to its destination, I assume you will foot the bill for the cost of what was in the package due to your negligence of not providing a receipt when I was told within ten minutes I’d receive one?
