I've probably been here 5 times and each time has been a struggle.There is only ever 1 employee and you can't ask him to do anything outside of the 1 thing.The equipment hardly ever does what it's supposed to. I try to do it self serve and the printer will output something not there or completely different. And don't let me ask for a credit on the fees charged for service not rendered.Anyway, lesson learned

The ups driver in phoenix arizona on 43rd Ave and thomas needs a fuckin raise he was instructed to end his shift and reschedule all deliveries but when he realized he had my families Thanksgiving turkey in the truck he stay3d late to make sure we had it on time and made our Thanksgiving thanks you are my hero this year

Damion G (sorry spelling) has superb customer service, he helped my husband with patience and understanding and the service my husband received went above and beyond than most shipping/printing places. The cost wasn't too bad at all. Will come here from now on for all my printing and shipping needs.

DONT spend the money to ship a package with fed ex. I paid 150 to get a "guaranteed" overnight delivery from Phoenix to Santa Fe ! The guarantee was 10am on Saturday! My flight was Saturday night and the package had my passport since my wallet was stolen. The package went to Santa Fe and was delivered Monday at 10am !!! The customer service I experienced was the worst I have ever experienced. I talked to 7 people and got 7 different answers. The training isn't there so I assume they make things up and promise things they can't deliver!! Use UPS or DHL you will be better off!! I am still fighting to get a refund but the last person I talked to said" good luck getting your money back"!!

Mike was the associate that helped me today . He was very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful . He showed me how to print a document on the self service area and how to cut my document with the cutter machine . This location is more helpful than the other location near my house . This will be my new go to . Thanks Mike !

I went in because I had to fax something. It was $2.19 per page. That is Highway robbery. Maybe in the old times it might of cost them something to fax but not today. It was a free local call. While I didn't want to free but that is ridiculous. If they have a penny cost I would be surprised. Shame on you FedEx.

I use this FedEx on a regular basis. It is sufficient for it's purpose. Staff doesn't seem to enjoy their job or the customers. While I have never been disrespected, I've seen others treated poorly. Just feels like a cold vibe. However all packages have been delivered on time so far.

I come to this location pretty regularly and something about the experience always turns me off. They aren't friendly at all. Ferdinand always seems especially put off by my requests and questions. Today he told me he'd have to start over on something so he didn't want to do it. I find myself always hoping I don't have to be "helped" by him when I go in. Another employee was taking a personal call while I was waiting in line. They just all seem to do the bare minimum while being civil at best. I think I'll find another location to go to even if it's out of my way.
