They want to charge me $28 for an empty box to ship my laptop. I felt that was too much.The lady that was helping me was either in a very bad mood, or she was just not professional at all with an attitude she won’t even let me use the bubble bag inside of the box. She want me to pay for bubble wraps instead which is extra $10.?

Too many fees and even the self-service for 24 cent charge has to hold $10 on your credit card. God forbids if a human has to help you.

I have been using this location for about 3 years. The place is always clean and I have always been greeted but the staff changes about every 6 months. Everyone is always polite but not always helpful in the way one might need if it's a technical question. There are clearly limits to the customer service if it's not a clear cut & simple "drop off - in this world of ever changing technology if a location has the means but not the support it makes what is already a challenging task - frustrating.

I called these people about an expedited passport and spoke with "Navar" who was absolutely clueless about the process. He first told that their camera for taking the picture was broken, he then, wrongly, told me that, even though I went through FedEd/RushMyPassport (paying a hefty sum), that I was on my own and just had to figure out a way to "mail it in at the Post Office." Is this the type of person who should be thoughtlessly giving people advice? A person who is clueless and could cause real problems in people's lives? Luckily, I figured out that he was full-of-it.

I spent well over $200 to get the most unprofessional print job followed by the most unprofessional customer service by the most unprofessional store manager. He explained they had to hand fold all of my brochures and as you can see, he did not fold them in the correct area. Although my approved draft from my only order showed no border, he explained that the web site clearly states they can not do that. When I ASKED if he thought the completed job was professional and asked if he would be happy he explained that if I wanted them to re-do the job 50 tri-folds for each design (100 total) it would take 2-3 days to re-print, cut and fold them. He then explained I would have to pay another $200 plus dollars (for them to do the job correctly the second time around). Be aware that if you upgrade to a heavier paper stock, they have to cut them and fold them individually by hand.The store manager had no concern that if I wanted to re-pay and re-order I would not get it in time for the event I originally ordered them for and said that “Canva” who does the online process would not help me either. If you want customer service and professional printing, find a local printing company who will do a good job and value your business.

Ladies and gentlemen don't believe the lower stars they don't know what they're talking about this wonderful place is simple easy to use has a friendly staff and actually has a lot of choices and products that are very helpful for the everyday needs. Honestly John saved my day kind knowledgeable quick find knowledgeable quick helpful great service thank you again for turning my whole day around

Learn how to email the printing machine because FedEx now wants to price gouge just like UPS for extra money to receive an email and print it for you!! Even when the “on the clock” employee is behind the counter & literally standing there doing absolutely NOTHING!!!Ridiculous!!!

My customer service experience is top-notch. They always greet me with a smile and an update on how soon they will service me when I enter, which I really appreciate! The staff has been great at using packing supplies and tape, it makes sending packages feel safe (and less wasteful)! Each service has been efficient which is exactly what you want when sending packages. I rarely use other services here, so to be in-and-out in a timely manner is why I keep coming back to this location. Pricing can vary depending upon what you want to ship; they've got both affordable options as well as ones that will cost more if need be - but so far everything's gone smoothly and haven't had a delay or tracking issue "Knock on Wood" Bravo on the their excellent tracking system and SMS updates. Only recommendation but not a biggie, is opening earlier than 9AM.

DO NOT USE THE SCANNER FOR HIGH QUALITY PHOTOS. IT DOESN’T WORK!!!!!! I told the store manager (thanks Diana) that I wish she could have at least helped me but she didn’t! She said that her coworker (Claudia) helped me but I never even got my photos. Helping someone means following through. She reassured me that it would just take time because it was high quality. Thanks for making me drive back and get a refund!

This place saved my presentation. Spent HOURS at UPS down the store to get a project printed and bound. Was terrible quality. Drove past this location and decided to stop in last minute to show them what UPS did and asked if they could do it. Was done in literally 5 minutes and 100x better.
