I sent a package out for next day delivery on Friday to Hawaii. It was a small envelope package with original documents inside that could not be replicated and was extremely important and time sensitive. I was on the phone with a FedEx rep on Saturday, the day it was supposed to get there. They said it was on the truck in Oahu, Hawaii ready to get delivered. It didn't get delivered for a few days later. Come to find out after it gets delivered, it wasn't even in Hawaii Saturday. They sent my package to Memphis Tennessee, then to Puerto Rico, then to Hawaii according to the FedEx tracking. Which wasn't available to see at all until after this whole process. Which means the rep lied to me. I believe Hawaii is west of Phoenix and not east of Phoenix. That makes absolutely no sense why my package would travel that route. They claim that my package was delayed due to weather. It wouldn't have hit any type of weather if they sent it to Hawaii and not to the East Coast. I sent a couple emails to ask for a refund and they denied it each time. Every day that package wasn't received cost me a substantial amount of money. I highly recommend using any other shipper. FedEx is one of the most unreliable companies to use.

I don't understand why a package shipped from Phoenix going east, ends up in California??? Why aren't packages scanned, not only when they arrive at a facility, when they leave a facility? Makes it difficult to track a package when the shipper does not scan a package as it is on its way... which would be nice, especially when the original delivery date is missed!

Let me start with saying the fedex phone support is absolutely terrible. I was miss informed by three different individuals who by the way told me 3 different things. I ended up driving to this location in rush hour traffic just to find out I couldn't pick up my package. After being wrongly informed I called the customer support number again in which I spoke to 3 more incompetent employees and none of which were giving me consistent answers or helpful helpful in the least bit. After 30 min of taking on the phone I made zero progress with the support team on the phone. All that being said, the four ladies at the counter (one of which stayed late to assist me) were absolutely incredible. Not only did they understand my situation but they aided me into being able to pick up my package the following day from a closer location. I can't empathize enough how sweet these ladies were to me. Between this location and the help from another I was able to retrieve my package the following morning. My biggest complaint aside from the misinformation and inconsistencies was that no one was giving me any solutions to my problem. I would strongly recommend retraining employees in the call center to better assist their customers. Again, to the ladies that took the time to help me out I can't thank you enough and I hope that someone in the company sees this review and shares it with you all!

Ordered a product from company in Oregon... was promised delivery by 3/21/19 C.O.B. because the package required a signature, and the normal delivery for Fedex is about 4-4:30, I made sure someone was home ALL day. Now either the driver was thinking about stealing my package, or forgot about it. He flagged it as attempted delivery but no one home/buis closed. HUGE mistake!. not only was I home but at the time he idnicated deliver was attempted, the front door was open (screen door closed and I was sitting on the couch with a full view of the walkway leading to the door. NOT only did the driver fail to deliver, he also failed (company policy) to leave the required notice of attempted delivery. Had I not checked the online tracking around 5pm, I wouldn't have known an bogus report was made. Contact with customer services for fedex was made (and the young lady did her best to assist. She even tried to reach out to the local station manager. She was told by someone there, that "No supervisor was available, He was to busy to take the call! besides, they had 24 hrs to review a complaint... so she could tell the customer (me) that they'd get back to me sometime tomorrow" and hung up on the service rep. will be talking to shipper so they can file to get fees back and cost of product.

I was fired from here bc I got in an accident on my way to work I was taken to a hospital and checked out they fired me for not calling in to tell them I wasn't coming..bunch of nonsense especially considering that "one of the top places to work" it's really not

Fedex is the worst shipper of them all. They are obviously only out for the Almighty dollar and do not care about the customer at all! For example in my last encounter the parcel arrived in Phoenix AZ on 7/08/18 and sat in the ship center for 3 days before even moving. I would have drove and picked it up if I knew they were going to sit on it with their dirty A holes!!!

Poor response time. In fact, they're uncommunicative beyond the point of being uncooperative.
