Hours: The FedEx Ground location has nice workers. It is very fast in retrieving packages and calling customers to inform them that a package is trying to be delivered. Warehouse work can still be a bit hot, but other shifts can change that, and it all depends on which shift you pick. Employees absolutely love their job and feel more productive than any other job. The hiring process is easy, no red tape, no BS, and the pay is great with consistent frequent raises. The place is clean and centrally located, but the counter usually has only one person, so customers may expect to be here for 20‑30 minutes before they are seen.
