How are these guys still in business? Always hate to see “Sent via FedEx” on a delivery, you can guarantee it will be late or rerouted to a place that is far from your home. Currently have a package intended for my home of Phoenix that was here last week and is now in Georgia. Good job guys

Had a two day delivery order on the 4th at 2 pm should have been here the 7th by 8pm. I tried to get info all i got was an ai texting. No one real or that could answer basic questions. Horrible place i never use fedex. Don’t use if you want your packages on time

This month was a good month for picking up my package before it was put on the delivery truck this morning, Yay!
My 2-day ground shipping actually arrived in 2 days unlike most months. When shipping from San Diego through to Arizona, New Mex, or Texas why does it always go through to Bloomington CA!? The worst Hub for things to go inevitably go wrong!🤦🏼♀️😩
Even the employees at FedEx tell me the same thing Theft,wrong trucks loaded or missed all together at the bottom of the bag just sitting there in the heat over the weekend. You name it, it's happened. But not today folks, I have my FedEx fav guys, Daniel & Hector to the rescue. Thanks guys👍🏻

FedEx need to work on logistics as it does not know where packages are and sends you all over looking for your packages. employees are not helpful and calling a foreign call center is not helpful. FedEx shows very little care for the customers time.

Very upset with them. My package has been lost for over a week now. I’ve called multiple times to just try and get it found as well as even just a call back but I never got anything.
I went in person to this facility, which is a 30 minute drive, just to be told the same stuff.
I’ve now consulted the BBB.

So I was supposed to get a delivery today and guess what no delivery at all was delivered to my apt. Also I have cameras and there was no fed ex delivery to my apt today.. then to top it off this is the proof of delivery this is the picture that this fedex driver sent. This should be against fed ex policy any other delivery that was delivered to me shows my door with the apartment number and the package that was delivered… So let’s be honest here this driver stole my package. $700 item that now I gotta sit here and wait while your fed ex driver gets to have my package. I called customer service and they make it seem like oh we will figure it out I still have not received a call or nothing at all. So what is fedex really doing when these drivers are stealing people s*** that we work hard for?
