The customer service agent with shorter black hair who was complained about previously was at it again! I arrived at noon on 7/23 and a gentleman was attempting to ship marketing supplies. She came out of the back fussing about the incompetency of the facility. Then she proceeded to speak to the customer in an extremely condescending tone. I was pretty uncomfortable during the exchange.

Customers waiting while the lady folds her laundry is a nice touch. Packed lobby but please continue to fold your shirts. This place deserves zero stars. It’s just the two customer service people at the ship center. they need to be swapped out with people that actually care about customer service. I’m an old man and I should not have to lift my packages all over the place. Please get some people upfront that can lift more than an iPod. My back has been out since I left.

Jorge is a wonderful employee, I had to send in an item for repair. The overall procedure was complicated and confusing and Jorge was very helpful and patient. Additionally my son wasn’t feeling well, Jorge could see that I was trying my best to give him and my son the attention needed, but couldn’t totally and waited patiently so that I could take care of my son and get the information he needed for the shipment.

Horrible customer service, I was there yesterday 3/25/25 around 11am, The lady at the front with black short hair, her tone of voice very unwelcoming. Sent me somewhere else, for a package that I was trying to send back and showed to her I had a FedEx LABEL return. But plain in simple told me they don’t do those there like what why??? Her attitude was so different when was helping an African American in front of me. Lazy and Racist old lady. I was trying to have a good day so just left.

Consistently returning packages with correct address to sender saying they can't find it. Never mind they deliver to that address regularly
