Needed to send a document to China for my wife. Manager was inept and ignorant. Even after calling FedEx corporate and CBP as suggested by the manager, found out she was just ignorant.
I recommend going to the store on Thunderbird. Much more helpful.

My experience had nothing to do with the employees or the store itself. The store was clean and the employees where helpful. My problem is that some people want to talk to a actual person and make sure their issues were addressed. It seems the people in the store have very little abilities to do so. All I wanted was to check on the status of my package and change my drop off addressed to a better suited location or to hold my package at any location. I was told that they could not do any of those things in person. I had to call a phone number and talk to a computer. That is unacceptable. Customers should be able to get answers when they come in to a location or but given someone who can not a computer. This is more for corporate to see hopefully. Thank you

I have been using this location now for two years. Thier new self scan is a SCAM.I am not medicly cleared to lift anything over 15LBS. They upcharged my shipment over $35.00 stating my 4.6LB cookie jar weighed 35LBS. I can't even lift that. Do not use this location any more go to 59th and Thunderbird. This place is the WORST. Plus I tried to dispute the charge and was giving the runaround for over an hour! SHIP UPS FROM NOW ON!!!
