FedEx. They deliver when they want, not when you're scheduled to receive your packages. They are cheaper, just not reliable.

Horrifyingly bad service. They lost a package for 10 days. FedEx blames the USPS. USPS blames FedEx. No one will actually look for your lost package. They won't accept claims online. They won't refund shipping charges. They will only refund "wholesale" value. Avoid SmartPost at all costs. Nothing is worse.

Tracking said attempted 3 days in a row to deliver, needed signature. Driver NEVER left any door tags saying he was here and a signature was needed. I was home all 3 days. India Customer "service" in India is a joke. UPDATE: the manager of that location really stepped up and brought the item to me on his own time. Thank You for making it right.

FedEx is just a disappointment in general, but my package has been sitting at the smart post location for literally 3 days, and based on the previous reviews I don’t anticipate I’ll be getting my package any time soon. Tried to call, and their system will do anything but try and connect you with a representative. And finally when you reach someone, it’s a regular fedex rep that has nothing to do with smart post..

My package has been sitting at this location for 5 days with no update. It just says delivery date pending for the last five days. When I call, all I can get is a generic FedEx number that send me to a call center in India with people who have no clue what's going on and offer different reasons for why it is late. I asked to open an investigation into where my package is as I assume it is actually lost, and the woman told me only the company that shipped it can open an investigation into where my package is. I wish companies would just use UPS or USPS as they are way more reliable than FedEx smartpost.

Trash. Package rescheduled 5 times. Over a month to get graduation invitations shipped. Three weeks bouncing back and forth in the same state. Asked if I could just picked them up, said they dont know where it's at. I dont even need the invitations anymore, I just printed my own out on printer paper. No refund, lost $120. Didnt know where package was even though it was tracked at a specific facility. What the heck?...

What a horrible experience. My package is taking forever to get here. Scheduled delivery date changed like 10 times and it's been "pending" for a week now. My package has been sitting in Phoenix for so long and nobody will do anything about it.

Package has been sitting for days now, “barcode label unreadable” and scheduled delivery pending. It shouldnt take days for a new label and delivery date to be updated. Package is most likely lost and customer service won’t do anything about it

I placed an order with Target on June 21, 202. I was told the arrival date would be on July 2, 2021. They used FEDEX SMARTPOST which in my opinion, isn’t the smartest shipping. And that is 11 days for the item to sit in Phoenix AZ. Just crazy.

Absolutely terrible. do not ship with fedex. 6/7 of my recent packages have all been late. and one of them has been lost. $450 lost in one package. pay the extra to go with some other company
