I sell small equipment that I put on a pallet and ship anywhere in the u.s..I have used fedex freight a couple of times and am in and out fast.. forklift operator waiting for me to park!!!

I received a call from a FedEx driver stating the address for the delivery was our old address and requested our new address. Nothing was delivered the day he called. SO I reached out to FedEx to update our address so when they try to redeliver it, they have the correct address. Apparently, they can not do anything without a tracking number. Well when dealing with daily deliveries and having over 30 different vendors sending shipments, they don't always provide a tracking number or even tell us who it is shipped via. FedEx should update their system to be able to look up the information by address, especially for businesses. When you try to handle deliveries via their website, it states that service is only for residential?? Why?? Tried calling customer support and using their online robot - no help! So I guess they will try to redeliver again tomorrow to the old address and waste my time and their driver's time again.
