Worst customer serviceever! actually none package was scheduled before 5 pm never arrived said delivered to wrong address 8-1-25 no delivery said 8-2-25 between 10-2:30 nothing. 8-4-25 still nothing

my package was meant to be delivered yesterday the driver didn't knock I called customer service they said i'd get it between 10:30-2:30 today here we are at 5:45 and my package hasn't even left the warehouse what a joke of a company

First shipment lost showed out for delivery for 4 days. Then said they delivered it but no picture. Replacement shipment “lost” now day 3 showing out for delivery. I believe they have an internal theft issue. Both shipments from a pharmacy. Both lost in less than two weeks. It’s sketchy. Also ridiculous call in system automation does everything it can to not put you through to a human. Using UPS from here on out. FedEx sucks they never follow up when they say they will check and call you with an update.

The courier even did not check receiver's docs and gifted my package for anyone. And support team even can't reach out to that courier. The worst service ever.

Worst service fedex I was order my mattress through some third party vendor Fedex they didn’t deliver still it showing out of delivery since three days we are frustrated with this service 😭😭

Not sure why the phone number listed, (800) 463-3339, will not allow me to speak with a real human being at this location to help me track down the package that was supposedly delivered to my home but never arrived.

Called the FedEx 1-800 number, was told my package was at their 7th Ave hub, and I could go pick it up. Once there, I was told by the person helping me that my package could not be found. He hints that the people working in the Call Center are East Indians and they don't know what they are doing. Should have gotten his name. So unprofessional and racist. Shame!

Bunch of scumbags their fedex driver hit my parked truck and damaged my tow hook neighbor seen them do it and yelled at the driver he left the scene instead of doing the right thing they denied it ever happening and insurance is denying it. I waited at the fedex location and had the police show up to take pictures of thier truck because it has damage from hitting mine they refused to let the police see the vehicle refused me pictures or access to the vehicle. After requesting the contractor information or business information for insurance to file a civil lawsuit they refused to give me that as well. It was a simple $225 hook that they damaged and refuse to pay for very poor morals for a company and for their insurancs company Gallagher Bassett as well. I work very hard for my truck and for a big corperation to damage it and not take responsibility for it is a disgrace

This was my favorite job I've had. It came down to how accepting and friendly my managers and the overall day shift environment was. Only job where I felt like my team had my back. Many jobs claim to be a "family" but this is the only one that isn't a complete joke when I hear that.
