Not sure why the phone number listed, (800) 463-3339, will not allow me to speak with a real human being at this location to help me track down the package that was supposedly delivered to my home but never arrived.

Called the FedEx 1-800 number, was told my package was at their 7th Ave hub, and I could go pick it up. Once there, I was told by the person helping me that my package could not be found. He hints that the people working in the Call Center are East Indians and they don't know what they are doing. Should have gotten his name. So unprofessional and racist. Shame!

Bunch of scumbags their fedex driver hit my parked truck and damaged my tow hook neighbor seen them do it and yelled at the driver he left the scene instead of doing the right thing they denied it ever happening and insurance is denying it. I waited at the fedex location and had the police show up to take pictures of thier truck because it has damage from hitting mine they refused to let the police see the vehicle refused me pictures or access to the vehicle. After requesting the contractor information or business information for insurance to file a civil lawsuit they refused to give me that as well. It was a simple $225 hook that they damaged and refuse to pay for very poor morals for a company and for their insurancs company Gallagher Bassett as well. I work very hard for my truck and for a big corperation to damage it and not take responsibility for it is a disgrace

This was my favorite job I've had. It came down to how accepting and friendly my managers and the overall day shift environment was. Only job where I felt like my team had my back. Many jobs claim to be a "family" but this is the only one that isn't a complete joke when I hear that.

fedex never follows instructions when delivering packages and always leaves them where I cannot get them. It is impossible to get help. This has been 5 consistent times now in 4 months. UPS, USPS, and Amazon can all follow instructions with no problem. Unfortunately, it will be the businesses that suffer when I choose other vendors due to shipping policy.

6 times Trying to get Fed X to ship to me still driver on weekdays ships to a renter down the block! They keep saying resolved contact shipper which they have too, but you still havent educated your driver lucky your weekend driver is the only one who delivers correctly!!!!!

For three days the website says my package is on the truck for delivery. When I call they said the package is still sitting at this warehouse. Cannot get ahold of them to get accurate delivery information.

Pam is the best, she was knowledgeable and gave clear expectations, she searched for a package & found it called me in 20 minutes...i had previously been calling for the last week speaking to the 1800, which is clearly out sourced, no one could tell me where it was or when it would be delivered the delivery had been rescheduled 5 times and because it was saying out fior delivery the store wouldn't refund my money...But pam listened & took action I really appreciate her being there

Awaited a critical package, for failed delivery to on time. My package had been in town since wednesday (12/22) night, got shuffled to two different facilities also in town, arrived at this location, and sat there, failing to be delivered or moved by the initially stated thursday (12/23) delivery statement, and waited all day Friday (12/24), only to watch the tracking status be changed to delayed.

The only reason it isn't a 5 star is because the signage to let you know where to go to get to the office is very small. A guide online would be nice. But once you're inside the service is 5 star.

I've used FedEx before but never again. Today a fed ex truck backed into my fence at the edge of my property , smashing it and then they just took off.

A bit confused on directions until I discovered I had my GPS set on walk not drive car. Back office person was well prepared and had pulled my package I'll know next time to arrange time place for alternate signatures.

Receptionist was very nice, however disappointed in fedex as my address was incorrect, they corrected the address and had plenty of time to deliver the package and I now have to wait another day. Nothing against the receptionist, very helpful. But this package is 2 days overdue.
