The person is very nice here. But don’t come right at 8:00 am in the morning. They always open late. I waited until someone opened the store at 8:11 am.

Not a single greet from the 3 people working inside and they all just stood there. The next 2 people that entered were white and they greeted them. The girl that gave me the return label was rude and ignored my comments; when I doubled checked with her if there is tracking number she said yes I said thank you and she ignored me and didn’t say you’re welcome.

Horrible experience on 6-27-2024.I was trying to ship a laptop and the store manager was trying to force me into buying a $25 laptop box.I have a Fedex account,I have been shipping laptops and iMac computers for years.I always spend around $9 on the box and packing,they refused to offer me any other options,the angry store manager was dismissive and disrespectful to me,she snarled and laughed at me.This Location is a mess.It is mismanaged,completely unprofessional.I will NEVER return.Fedex in general is becoming a horrible company to deal with.

This store is always SOO helpful!
I recently have been needing items printed for my wedding, and Laura went above and beyond to ensure that the items I was printing looked perfect and was so helpful in ensuring the format and all was exactly it.
Tonight, I needed last minute items printed and stopped at the Bell Location, and the gentleman was not welcoming when I walked in. So I mad dashed across to get to this location before they closed because how amazing the staff has always been here.
Autumn, the assistant manager was so sweet and again, went above and beyond to help me print what I needed. She stayed a little late past closing and had the best attitude.

Candy the manager called the police on us and took our license plate all because we needed help with a missing package. She should be fired I’ve already emailed corporate about her!
