I called to ask questions, as some things for things I didn't understand. I didn't get her name. But she kept cutting me off mid sentence, didn't let me finish asking questions and just was rude. I don't want to come to this location because of her. She didn't seem to care.

Wow....what a wonderful person I met today! Her name is Claudia, and she is honestly an angel from heaven. She not only went above and beyond with my business cards, but she even took the time to create an easier way for our customers to email us! Fed Ex is not only lucky, but very blessed to have an individual such as herself representing the company.

One of the representatives help me mail a package yesterday for delivery for today. Instead it was mailed pack to me… as I see the representative never put on a new mailing label over my original … I assume they used the original label to get it back to me. Although I am at least happy it wasn’t lost… I still got to see when they open later today(Sunday) if I can get it where I need it to be by EOD Monday as what’s in the package is need for first thing Tuesday Morning. Hope I don’t have to pay again??

I tried for 24 hours to print documents here and kept getting kicked out of the website. My cart kept getting messed with. Then the website told me I couldn’t print my regular black and white legal paper documents for pickup at this location, instead, I had to pay fifteen dollars to have them shipped to me. I even tried to do that but it wouldn’t process the order. I’ve printed and picked up at that store before. This was ridiculous and a huge waste of time.

Called this store for a very simple question and got an automated message. The first option was press 1 to talk to customer service. Pressed 1 then proceeded to have more automated messages that couldn't understand me then hung up on me over and over.

Shout out to Mario as my point of contact for my recent order. He coincidentally was there for the majority of the experience. I placed an order online, and initially, everything was a great shape! Some changes needed to be made to the order once the printing was completed. Do do things beyond our control. The extra ads that were needed for the prints took longer than expected for a couple of items. If you know anything about printers, sometimes they throw curve balls when you need it most. In the end, I got all of my poster prints, exactly how I needed them. ?I've always received great service from the store, considering I use this location for last-minute needs and everyone has always been accommodating.Thank you, Mario, for your support. Thank you to everybody else involved.#whodat!

Horrible customer service. Employees having personal conversations with multiple customers in line, for minutes before they wander over to "help" you. They help you by saying our system is down sorry. We can't help you sorry. They are lazy and I wouldn't trust them to ship dog water.

I have had no issues with this location. The online ordering is easy and orders are fulfilled quickly, never had a project that wasn't ready within 24 hours.Clean location and staff has always been friendly

Whenever we go in there’s a lady with red hair who helps us— I think her name is Autumn. She is so happy and kind. Her positive attitude is contagious. My print jobs always come out great and are really cheap. Buying items in the store is easy.

Autumn did tell me there was one time surcharge of $2.50 for their service but failed to tell me that to print multiple copies from the original was 2.5 x the price of me making the copies. When I asked about it, she said she told me there would be a service charge then walked away. Her manager also confirmed the overcharge and he walked away.
