Never have I ever walked into an establishment and been treated like garbage from the beginning, I came to ship a package walked in at 554 I thought they closed at 7 they close at 6 okay no worries I still made it. The manager Jeff or Joe instantly had an attitude and said this cash register is closed we have to wait for the other register okay no worries and was rushing through the whole process huffing and puffing making snark comments. We took our package and left … if you close at 6 means 6. We use this fedex location weekly for our small business and we will never come back

The employees at this location are incompetent and useless. They have the combined brain power of a rock, and the manager is the least competent person in there. They can't even do the simplest of tasks.

Tug on the door at 7:01PM on my apple watch. Door is locked and two non employees are making endless copies. I have a business Fedex Overnight Box with label ready to scan. We pay for this service. I like to believe this is what we pay for, a little flexibility.
I originally had this marked as 1 star and changed it because I was able to catch Zach as he let the people out and had to ask the question. Why no love?
He explained that for him its a hard stop and that they know when they scan a new box after 7pm. I changed it to 3 stars because it sounds like the corporate admins are scolding the customer facing employees for taking boxes after 7PM. If that is the case, corporate admins, please give your employees the power to earn 5 stars for you! 5 stars means that the service was exceptional, taking at box at 7:01PM would trigger that though.
We are a business that closes late also and we tried to get here as fast as possible and missed it my 30 secs, a hard stop is no way to earn our business. Fedex is not a free service.

Great service shipped some swag back to my team from a workshop I attended. Pricing was high af but the service was great. For perspective I spent $76 to ship $20 dollars worth of company branded marketing swag. Ultimately, thankful they were open early and took care of me. Much appreciated!

I have always shipped from this specific location because they have always had the best customer service . that is until today. Rudest encounter I’ve ever had with a ANYONE in my life.
The conversation went something like this:
Me: (standing at counter with an armful of things to ship)
Employee: are you shipping?
Me: yes I’m shipping
Employee: Do you know how far it’s shipping?
Me: What?
Employee: Do you have an idea of how far away you’re shipping?
Me: I don’t know the exact miles but…
Employee: do we you at least know the State?
Me: yes it’s “___”
Employee: do you know the FULL zip code?
Me: I don’t know the last 4 digits but..
Employee: so you don’t have any of the zip code?
Me: yes: the first part is _ _ _ _ _, but I don’t know what the last 4 of the full zip is
Employee: do you know the address you’re shipping to?
Me: (gives address), are you ok? Are you having a bad day?
Employee: no Im fine, just a typical happy Monday…. Am I having a bad day? don’t put that on me.
Me: wow, ok
…
It went on far too long and kept getting worse from there. After he quoted me the most ridiculous price to ship and didn’t seem to want to assist me in exploring any less expensive options, I opted to leave and ship with UPS, which ended up being almost half the price…go figure 🤔
I do have to say I’ve never seen this particular man there before, but I can tell you, customer service is 100% definitely NOT his gig.

Edited review. Do not hold for pickup any type of power bank or larger Lithium cell device. It does not warn about this on the website, but your package will be turned away. I was able to have rerouted to a distribution center. Almost a 2 week process. That said I finally received my package and the manager was able to help resolve. Happy for the help.

The best FedEx shop I have ever been to – and I’ve been to many. They treat everyone with kindness. Imagine answering the phone all day long, helping in-person customers with their stories, pain, and stress – all while smiling. That’s what they do here.
Sara is leading the team, and it shows. Every great industry starts at the top. ALL the staff in this location were fantastic. Special shout-out to Daemon, who patiently answered a few of my calls, and Jim, the charmer.
Sara, I walked in with a lot of requests. I needed a collaborator, I needed your experience, and I needed your patience. Thank you for being such a wonderful human being, overflowing with humanity. I can’t think of a better compliment to give.
