Damon made my experience go from sitting in rush hour traffic to a walk on the beach. I was going to have to come back to print a pretty large PDF affordably. As I was mentally moving money around and considering another day to come back. The other gentleman faded off to help someone else there was Damon telling me a couple dollars less then budgeted for and able to print in the way I needed. Thank you. Really appreciate you.

Arrived 3 min before open. Waited in my car. Saw a kid check the door after 8 AM. There’s a small line of people. A fair few of us in cars. I had to leave to get to work. I waited 15 min after opening time. I really needed to do this before work.

Says its open until 8pm on Google. So I drive out of my way and I get there at 7:05pm to see the sign says it closed at 7.

The manager by the name of sara is completely rude and unprofessional. We had an express package that was meant to be wrapped by fedex at location. She tried to argue with us and say express doesn’t come with a box and we had to box it ourselves. She kept cutting us off mid sentence when we tried explaining to her a fed ex box is meant to be provided and paid for which she would have known if she let us talk or even scanned our shipping label. Unbelievable that she is supposed to be the manager and doesn’t even know her own policies. The gentleman helping other customers was boxing up and wrapping the items for his customers and Sara just threw us the box and told us to box it ourselves. More than happy to box something my self but not when i paid express and it comes with it along with no line behind us. Usually like this location but she is not the right person to be a manger.

Friday, August 11th 11:35 AM. Just had a driver 19241 cut me off transitioning lanes in the intersection of Greenway in 7th because they apparently didn't know where they were going tried to call but the automated system is not very friendly very unsafe and illegal

I walked in yesterday hoping for a quick stop, in and out to get what I needed. The attendant was just that.. very attentive. She interrupted what she was working on to assist me until I was on my way again!

DONT spend the money to ship a package with fed ex. I paid 150 to get a "guaranteed" overnight delivery from Phoenix to Santa Fe ! The guarantee was 10am on Saturday! My flight was Saturday night and the package had my passport since my wallet was stolen. The package went to Santa Fe and was delivered Monday at 10am !!! The customer service I experienced was the worst I have ever experienced. I talked to 7 people and got 7 different answers. The training isn't there so I assume they make things up and promise things they can't deliver!! Use UPS or DHL you will be better off!! I am still fighting to get a refund but the last person I talked to said" good luck getting your money back"!!

Mike was the associate that helped me today . He was very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful . He showed me how to print a document on the self service area and how to cut my document with the cutter machine . This location is more helpful than the other location near my house . This will be my new go to . Thanks Mike !

While the two young women working to fix a nearby machine were lovely, that was the end of the pleasant experience at a store that has previously been acceptable. Today's visit, however, was a far cry from acceptable. When the self-service machines indicated that I must "ask for assistance," FedEx's representative, Leo, indicated that the only solution was to print at the front desk...and the privilege to do so had a service fee and a higher price per page. Were I visiting the front desk for convenience, I could understand the charges, but I was there because the self-service machines were non-functional. When questioned about this, Leo stated that he would get written up if he didn't charge me these extras. I am fortunate to have the privilege of taking my business elsewhere, but this seems predatory for those who are placebound and not able to drive to a different print shop. Consider taking your business elsewhere, too, until FedEx gets their act together. They might be fine for shipping, but copy jobs? Nope. Not anymore.

I went in because I had to fax something. It was $2.19 per page. That is Highway robbery. Maybe in the old times it might of cost them something to fax but not today. It was a free local call. While I didn't want to free but that is ridiculous. If they have a penny cost I would be surprised. Shame on you FedEx.

Lack of staff. The employee working did not want to help me at all. I had to send my laptop back to my old work. The employee did not ask "How may I help you" she just point at me and said "Are you needing to send a laptop?". I had a FedEx shipping label created from my previous employer. So I did not have to pay any money apparently. I will not be going here again.
