What an absolutely great experience. I made a mistake (my fault!) and both employees made it clear it’s totally okay, not a problem, and that it’ll be fine. And it was! They helped all of my anxiety with their kindness.

I had such a great experience at this FedEx store! I needed a large packet printed—over 100 pages—and was having some trouble emailing the file because of its size. Amy was incredibly patient and helpful the entire time. She went above and beyond to make sure everything got printed correctly and that we were taken care of. We left feeling so satisfied with the service that we didn’t even realize we had forgotten a water bottle—Amy actually took the time to email us and let us know! Her kindness and professionalism truly made our experience exceptional. Highly recommend this location and a big thank you to Amy!

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to assistant manager Rhiannon at FedEx for her exceptional help in resolving an overcharge issue. Although the mistake wasn’t made by her store, she went above and beyond to ensure the situation was resolved. She didn’t have to help, but she took the time to track down the right people and worked diligently to correct the charge. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made a difference, and I am so appreciative of her efforts. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and I’m thankful for her assistance in making this right! I would also like to mention,her team members have been wonderful in helping me understand packaging and how flat box rates work, essentially helping me save money. I'm definitely going to keep doing business at THIS location because of the exceptional customer service and genuine kindness.

The FedEx drivers have dropped my packages off at the absolute wrong address and had people sign for it multiple times with different instances. All of the instances it says that my package has been delivered. All of the instances to the wrong address.

Rhiannon went above and beyond to help us get our packages delivered on time and for the best price. She was so helpful, knowledgable and pleasant even though the store was closing in the midst of us configuring our packages for the best deal. Thank you!

I've had the worst experience possible at this FedEx. I had a package filled with all of my confidential and sensitive information that need to be sent to a government agency in Tempe, AZ (15 minutes away). For weeks after sending the tracking number didn't work and they could not tell me anything about where my package was. They were unhelpful in this time, and I had to go back in-person daily to get any kind of response. Now, a month later, they come back to me saying they found the package. This FedEx office had negligently addressed it to a random person in Tennessee who opened and had access to all that information. I'm not unreasonable, we are all humans and mistakes happen, but this mistake has caused a great deal of problems for me ranging from wasting hours of time trying to find this package to my ability to work potentially being compromised by the delay in getting these documents in. FedEx doesn't seem to care about any of this and doesn't want to do anything to set it right. If you are shipping anything important, urgent, or sensitive DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. This has been an abysmal experience made worse by the fact that they literally only had to drive it 15 minutes to Tempe.
