The woman with the dark hair is a covert racist and the customers are snobs as well. I just came from court and need a folder to put my documents in that I need to send in the mail. She acted like I committed a crime by saying I don’t need to send forms off today. I’m waiting on my car to be serviced so I had a timer set on my cellular device and also made 1 business call this woman set by the birthday cards just to watch me and appear busy. She did not help me pick the best envelop for my 10 page file I need to mail either. I’m glad I browsed around because I saw a firmer envelope that was less expensive. ??????

Scooter dropped off at fedexI took it toFedEx office3801 N Central Ave,Phoenix, AZ 85012The same location I took it to last time.This time they said they couldn't take it because it has a battery. And that it was a mistake for them to take it the last time.They told me to take it here:FedEx Ship Center3340 E Thomas Rd,Phoenix, AZ 85018When I arrived at this location, they would not tape the box, so I had to buy a $10 tape and tape it myself.They said it needed special stickers if it had a battery !and I had to take 2 Uber rides with the huge box.

Had a great experience here ordering three 48 inch x 36 inch scientific posters for a conference. I called ahead and fortunately they weren't too busy with printing, so my items were ready ~6 hours after ordering them online. The employee I spoke with was knowledgable and helpful. I ordered plain poster prints (not glossy or matte) with bright colors, and the products were excellent! They were rolled and secured without damage. I also appreciated that they were in appropriately-sized long, thin plastic bags, which helped me carry them around without damaging them.

The manager at this Fedex location is awful, I attempted to mail a package but since nobody was at the counter I decided to use the self serve counter. I created my shipment, paid for it and the machine said to wait 10-15 seconds for a label, but no label printed. When I went to the counter it took about 5 minutes before someone addressed me and when I told him what happened he acted like it was my fault and said there was no way to find the transaction so I would have to double pay for it. I asked when the funds would be returned and he said he could ask his manager. The manager proceeded to finish her personal phone call and then tell from about 20 feet away that she doesn’t know. I told her that this was a horrible customer service experience and they should really shut the station down if it doesn’t work. She just shrugged her shoulders. I asked for corporates information and she said it’s just the 800 #. I said great can you write that down and give me your name? For which she turned and walked to the back of the store, I had to ask her associate for it and I’m sure I will spell it wrong but I think it was Adeline. I personally am a manager of a retail establishment and if I treated my customers the way she did I wouldn’t have any. I will be using UPS from now on for all my business needs.

Poor customer service and poor communication. Placed on order for 7 posters to be picked up next day at noon. I arrive at 12:30 pm and the customer service representative, after a brief, somewhat frantic search of the various work stations, informed me that my job had not been started yet. He advised that he could get them, done "in 20-25 minutes. Is that ok?" I'm guessing that served as his apology, if so, that's really lacking. Since I had already paid for the posters the previous day and needed them, I guess I really didn't have a choice but that being ok. I arrived back at 1:00 and the job still hadn't been started and waited 45 more minutes for the posters to be created and completed. The final person who actually worked on my order, named Nick, actually was helpful at the end and was really the only person to acknowledge the inconvenience and offer some kind of apology. Do not use this place they will argue with you and belittle you. Try to get credit for a 1 color copy from multiple color copies I made. I don't have time to argue with the staff.

Employee stole $150 package and FedEx doesn't care. Denied my claim even though photo showed nothing and the cameras around my house show that no employee ever showed up. So ship through them if you want to make sure it never arrives anywhere.

This might be the best location ever. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what could be done for me. Daniel was incredibly helpful and FAST. He had me in and out quicker than anyone has ever helped me. He was very informative and just a lot of fun to work with. I had read reviews prior to coming about this location and there was one that said this is the best and Daniel’s service lived up to the hype! Shipping was significantly cheaper here too than through UPS, which I was shocked by. This experience was honestly the highlight of my day and made my day so much easier and more pleasant. Thank you, Daniel!!

As a notary I use fedex for everything. I-ship all of my notaries back to companies from this location and never have a problem. Today Was very disappointing when a young man answered the phone and told me I did not have his undivided attention he was multitasking. It's super unfortunate that I had this experience and I hope it can get corrected Adam management level.
