Great experience shipping a package. The person who helped me spent a great deal of time finding the most economical box which would fit a few keepsakes being sent to family. The person who helped me went above and beyond, I will return.

We had a big emergency when a Fedex box did not arrive as scheduled, and we had to reprint all our materials. The gentleman who helped up on 2/23 was amazing and saved our meeting. He helped us with printing, showed us how to use the laminator, and got us an extra paper slicer. Honestly he saved the day, best FedEx person we've worked with. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

The worst FedEx in the valley, and i have been to a lot of them. So slow. Always a long line. High employee turnover means it must be poorly run. I am done with this location. I will be driving the extra miles to Warner and Hardy. Or Elliot and Kyrene if I need a copy center. It will be a longer drive for me but I'd rather be in my car then waiting in their God Awful lines watching employees move at a snails pace

If I could put 0 stars I would. They only completed 1/2 of my order even though I waited until 5 pm when it was supposed to be finished at 12pm. Apparently the morning crew doesn’t work and is incompetent. How hard is it to print 25 brochures. I didn’t even ask for a lot??? Then when I asked for a refund, they “cancelled” the order (this did not give me a refund) and proceeded to shred all 13 completed brochures right front of my face😃I ended up walking away with no refund and no product👍🏻I will be calling corporate next to try and find a resolution for this. My fault for thinking I could get 25 brochures printed and folded in a timely manner.
