I recently visited a FedEx store to address an ongoing issue with delivery notifications and access restrictions. Although the drivers had attempted delivery multiple times, they were unable to enter the building, and FedEx was unable to change the delivery to a pickup due to restrictions from the seller. This store, being a retailer, did not have access to the necessary databases to resolve my issue directly. However, Emily, an employee at the store, went above and beyond in her efforts to assist me. She proactively connected me with a customer service manager who could further address my concerns. Despite the problem not being resolved in the end, Emily's dedication and effort to help were outstanding. Her commitment to customer service greatly impressed me, and I am thankful for her support during a frustrating situation.

I’m tired of them saying push one to speak to a representative and then it takes me to a robot. This FedEx is getting lazy matter fact all of them are and you want to charge as much as you do you can at least have somebody answer the phones.

We were told that our last-minute request was not possible by another FedEx Kinko's location, but then THANKFULLY called this location!!!We were on a VERY short timeline, and Julie was BEYOND helpful assuring us that everything would be finished on-time. Not only was it on time, it was perfect! They handled things very quickly and with awesome service, even calling a few times to clarify things that I had forgot to mention! Julie even helped with a couple other items we ended up needing at pick-up. Would definitely recommend!

We had a small "trade show emergency" in Phoenix and had to quickly produce a new display to replace our damaged exhibit. This office was great! (Yoshi!) They had several potential solutions to replace our booth, which were immediate and affordable. We produced a new backdrop for our booth space and it worked out just great. This office has an exceptionally good team, great execution and follow-up.

Blaire was amazing. She has been amazing every time I go to the store. She’s sweet cheerful and has awesome customer service skills. I love visiting this store when she’s there.
