Huge thanks to the amazing customer service of Jacob & Uriel! I was frantic following a tradeshow trying to get all my packages sent. These two went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much! I'll be using your location everytime I'm in town for tradeshows for now on!

This sad and infuriating experience could have been avoided but unfortunately would have required staying away as far as humanly possible from this place. I did not do that and paid dearly on more than one way. Walked in and asked for copies. Nothing special, normal paper, normal color and I brought in the original. Asked for 75 photocopies of a simple paper, making emphasis on the simplicity of my request, here is a paper with some writing on it, please make 75 copies of it. Right away am told to come back in an hour. Again. This are simply photocopies on simple paper. So I come back an hour later and am asked to pay $82.83 total.When I asked for the price the first time I walked in an hour ago I was told on a very unsecured way $.90 cents per copy. It sounded expensive but I figured I was already there. But at the end each copy was $.93 cents plus “ single cut”. I still don’t know what single cut is and remember I just need copies not sizing or resizing of anything but single cut was $3.50 plus “priority printing “ and that’s $17.50. For real. “ priority printing “ so if I didn’t want to pay for that I guess I should told them that I will be back next Tuesday I guess. PLUS. 20 extra cents PER COPY !!! For something called “ RESUMED RECYCLED”. I have no idea what that is or means but sure as hell is robbery. It’s abuse and deceit. If you are going to rob people like that at least LET THEM KNOW!!! Don’t lie. It wasn’t $ .90 cents per copy and they were aware of it. Abusive and deceitful. Do not steal from people like that. It’s just horrible.

Debbie was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable in these tough times. She helped us fax because we have never done it before and even offered to do it herself because we were struggling. She got it done a lot quicker.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Small, family business that truly epitomizes what a small business should be. I go there for everything - sending packages, mail, printing - and he goes out of his way to find you the best options. I recommend FedEx edge to everyone I know as well. It's not possible to be disappointed here.

Convenient but not convenient enough to warrant a $10 dollar package drop off that only needs to be taken from a customer. Walk an extra 5 minutes to save the $'s.
